Purchased a Groupon for a reflexology treatment after reading their description online, as it sounded like the real reflexology treatment of hands and feet that I was used to getting when I lived in Seattle. I was looking for real reflexology, not the Asian foot massage places that have popped up everywhere.
I made two appointments online and both were cancelled by the owner. I called to inquire why and was told they don’t work weekends (then why do you offer appointments on the weekends?) I asked for a refund as I work regular business hours and cannot come during the week. She told me no and told me to give my Groupon to someone else. I tried to refund through Groupon and they said I could only get a refund through the business. Ugg.
So a few months later I checked back and found they now have extended hours and made an evening appointment. I arrived and gave a woman my Groupon. She seemed annoyed I had a Groupon and was taken to a back room. It was dark but there was no relaxing music and I instead listened to two females laugh and talk the entire time. It was not relaxing at all. The session was not a true reflexology session and the man rubbed (no pressure point or reflexology movements) my feet for about 10 minutes each, rubbed my neck a little bit, then pressed and stretched my arms and legs the rest of the time.
I headed to the front to check out and after a few minutes just left when no one came. I was very disappointed and won’t recommend this place. Even the other Asian foot massage places have a much better quality massage and higher customer service.

I really like Dr Hu. She is very experienced on needles. I would not hesitate to see her when I feel back pain or other body issues. Six years ago, after I gave birth to my older one, I had severe arm pain and couldn’t even fell asleep. Just needle once, I could recover thoroughly. When I told other doctor later (we moved abroad for a few years), they could not believe it — too bad, it’s true!

Dr Hu and her staff are amazing. I always look forward to coming for acupuncture, reflexology, body work, or massage. My back spasms are no longer and headaches gone. The Rx of herbs for remedies are great. Chinese medicine is fantastic and a great change from Western medicine.

Bought a reflexology Groupon. Definitely the worst massage of my life… if you can even call that one. I was expecting this to be a true reflexology session where they focus on hands and feet, but nope. It’s a whole body «massage» using cheap oil that made me smell like cardboard. Not happy at all. Do not come here or buy the Groupon!

Dr. Hu is amazing! She is amazing with needles very gentel and very experienced. She takes insurance and you can also pay cash and credit card.

Best acupunturist I have ever had. Trained in China and speaks decent English. A master with the needles and teaches students too. Will work with your insurance or cash at a very reasonable price.

I had purchased a groupon for 3 reflexology sessions which I scheduled on-​line. The first time I went there I was told «sorry — we are double booked» and they offered me a free session. OK… I did book and cancel a couple of times so — maybe the system was confused. But the next day after booking on line I again went there and was told «we cancelled that appointment — did you not get the email»? Well –there was no cancellation email that I received. So the appointment system does not work! Needless to say I asked for a refund and I’m not going back

I have been seeing Dr. Hu for nearly three years now. I consulted with her right after I had a double mastectomy for pain and for general immunity. She’s as good as it gets and she takes insurance. I’m very blessed that her office is 5 minutes from my house. I chose to do TCM along with yoga and chiropractic care versus chemical treatment for
my cancer and I had the most aggressive type there is, stage 1, grade 3, HER2+. I’m 3 years out and so far so good. Dr. Hu has played a huge role in helping me maintain my health and cancer free status during that time. My mom works in Physical Therapy and refers patients to her regularly — some have seen a PT for months only to have gotten complete relief after seeing Dr. Hu for just 3 visits. Her English is a little labored but you just need to be patient because for what she lacks in English language skills she makes up for in knowledge of how to treat what ails you. I call her my Mrs. Miagi.

I’ve been seeing her for two years. She is amazing with the needles. She trained in china where the training is much more extensive. Acupuncture is both an art and a science. Her English is pretty good and if you have a condition she will google translate it so she understands it exactly. She also has herbs. She takes various insurances but if paying with cash she’s very reasonable.
