Hearts Chimney Sweep and Dryer Duct

HELLO TO ALL my fellow Phoenicians!
I know HEARTS CHIMNEY is new to Arizona and when I got the valpak coupon I went on Unilocal and read great reviews… I like to know what the consumer thinks before I try a new service and the reviews from their California location were super impressive!
Everyone outside of Az seems to think it is warm year round… I guess it depends what you call warm but 29 degrees at night is Freezing!
We decided to take advantage of a Val Pak coupon and got HEARTS CHIMNEY sweep out here knowing we would be burning a lot of wood with the cold weather and the holidays and since we had never had it cleaned before we thought it was about time.
I spoke with «Doug» on the phone and he seemed very knowledgable and seemed to really have a passion about what he does… I like to think I am a good judge of character … (don’t we all!) l
Hearts arrived on time and he even had his dog with him in the truck… I guess they are a team! Anyone who loves animals that much is OK with me!
Doug inspected my chimney and fireplace and made me aware of a serious problem that could be fixed easily and reasonably. My husband even got in the fireplace to see the problem… Doug told us what was needed and we let him fix the problem.
While he was here he gave us a FREE dryer duct inspection and we got the A ok on that… We were glad he offered to check as we have heard if fires starting from the dryer… But people think it could never happen to them!
An hour later he was done.
What we really appreciated is how he was so careful not to make mess and cleaned up after himself because getting so it out of carpet is not easy!
When he left I called the other couple chimney places in Phoenix area and was happy to find I did get the best price!
I am a firm believer if I am not happy with a service I tell the Owner and expect results! … But when I am happy… I like to share with everyone!
I recommended HEARTS CHIMNEY SWWEP to a couple friends and I feel educated on dryer duct and chimney upkeep… Making us feel safer.
