I was just there with my son purchasing his PS4. Hands down, the great customer service. Super helpful people, super nice. i feel like i belong there. They will always have my business.

If every GameStop was as good as this one, no one would ever buy a game or console from anywhere else. Theo and Shelby were awesome. I was able to purchase the game I was looking for at a price cheaper than Amazon, Walmart or any of the several other locations I searched.
The staff here are incredibly knowledgeable and polite. I will never shop anywhere else for games or systems if for no other reason than how wonderful the staff is. Thank you so much for your help.

If only all the GameStops could be like this one. Most of the ones I’ve visited always push their preowned stuff on you and try to get your preorder a game, but this one didn’t. The employee here gave me so much useful information, which did not benefit GameStop much, but I appreciated his honesty so much I bought a few games here. They also have a larger amount of games in stock, so I would definitely recommend this place for gamers.

I do not play video games myself and therefore have little knowledge of what I am searching for when shopping for my kids. This is the only store I will ever purchase at again. The staff here are so incredibly helpful and honest, and when they do not know the answer to something they pull out their iPad and get me the answer at lightening speed. They will tell you if the item you are thinking of purchasing isn’t what you’re looking for and even honestly recommend other locations, even if it’s not a game stop! My only regret is my husband threw out our receipt so I could not name the two people helping me the last time I was in. But it was on the 4^th of July and it was a cute shorter girl and a taller light haired gentleman. They were so great I actually asked them if I could do a survey for them before we checked out, because of how patient and informative they were. Truly impressed and will go out of my way to return to this specific location!

As a past gamestop employee, I have to say that this is one of my favorite gamestops. Not only is it close to my house, but the people who work here are awesome. The manager and assistant manager are super awesome and always make sure I get what I came in for. They have tons of midnight releases on my favorite games (which works out since I get off work at 11pm!). When I used to work at another location years ago, customers would always complain about how the used games weren’t the much cheaper and it wasn’t worth it. First off, you do save money and an extra 10% with your rewards card. Then you have a whole WEEK to play it and if it sucks then you can return it for a full refund! You can’t get that kind of services anywhere else. So check this GameStop out. You won’t regret it!
