Went into this store just to browse for a mattress ending up getting a decent deal on an expensive queen bed. Although I was ready to do a lay away plan and pay the mattress off in a month, the sales person Tim mentioned a 90 days same cash option. He eagerly gave me the application, I read it over and it didn’t specify any application fees or other hidden fees. So after the transaction was complete I went home and my new mattress was delivered by two very professional and friendly guys. Couple days later I received a call from the finance company who funded my 90 days same as cash. They were going over the terms and I was informed that there was a $ 50 service fee. This fee was not listed on the application nor did my sales person Tim disclose this to me during the point of sale.
I called Tim and he said that he was pretty sure he disclosed this fee to me. I know for sure he did not. Looking back on the day I purchased the mattress, all he was interested in was closing the sale. After going back and forth with him on the phone, he said I would have to call the store fiancé person to discuss.
I would not recommend this store as the sales people do not disclose hidden fees. it’s a shame because I purchased a very expensive mattress and felt I was taken advantage of.
If you do decide to buy from this store, please read the fine print on the sales order and ask the sales people about fees. If they say there are no fees get it in writing.

Tonight we popped into Matress & Furnature Discounters to do some browsing… little did we know we stumbled upon a hidden gem! This is officially my new favorite store! Such great prices and great quality. Yvonne and Sam took such great care of us, so friendly and helpful! And worked with is on the financing to make everything work! We ended up falling absolutely in love with a dining set! And they had such an amazing deal on mattresses (and we’ve been needing a new bed for so long!) so we got that too! Such a great experience AND they already delivered our new bed! I cannot wait to sleep tonight! We will definitely be back for future purchases!

Despite the excellent reviews this business was disappointing. We were shopping around for a couch this past weekend and stopped in to look for Labor Day deals. Although the small building was packed with furniture, they had a smaller selection than we had hoped. After being there for a few minutes, we were approached by a middle aged man who appeared to be the only employee present.
The prices were not found on any piece within the store and the sales man had to keep disappearing to find the total, often times becoming side tracked with other customers. He made several ridiculous offers that were hundreds more than other previous stores we had been to and had no room to budge, insisting he knew the couches were worth what they were. We chose not to go with our «it would work» choice and found twice the couch that will last many more years and for a far better deal at Pruitts just south of this location.
I would not come back to this store nor would i recommend this establishment to others. No one likes being ripped off and I felt this place didn’t have customers in mind, they just wanted to make a quick buck. (And the biggest turnoff of all was the fact that it had been sprinkling all morning and there were 10+ new boxes of furniture with wet spots sitting out on the sidewalk next to an empty delivery truck).

We came in here Thursday evening a week ago. The prices were okay. At the last minute because our furniture was already loaded into the truck for delivery on Friday from a different store, they could not add a twin frame to the order. So we were eating dinner near here and decided to stop in. There are advertisements all over the windows making this place seem like it was really inexpensive.
The twin bed frame from the other furniture place was $ 40 and it was the same here with a lifetime guarantee. This is a small place and the furniture is jam packed in here and they use every square inch for furniture with very narrow places to walk, and in some cases not narrow. The prices were okay, but not more than AFW.
Guess the people were tired, as it was not too far from closing time. The transaction to get the twin bed frame didn’t take too long, but the guy that dealt with us seemed like a used car salesman and not all that personable.
There was nothing super bad nor super great about this hole in the wall furniture place. I guess I was expecting slightly better prices, but the prices are not bad.

As others have noted, a great place to get some high quality furniture at a low price — got a new bar stool at a steep discount that I use when working at my standing desk (okay, i don’t like to stand but the stool makes it easier to stand up on a regular basis. The even loaded it into the car for me and while you are there go check out the specialty butcher shop right by this location, in the same shopping center — it is Unilocal after all so might as well work some interesting food into your furniture outing.;-)

We just moved to the area and needed to get a bed for our daughter. AJ was awesome. We ended up purchasing a dining set in addition to the mattress. He gave us a great price on everything and the quality is fantastic. The service didn’t stop there. Richard helped us load everything up and tie it down. Even his assistant who just started that day had a great attitude. They will get all of our future business. Thanks guys.

I just wanted to write a review to let people know of how pleasant my experience was here with Sam. I’m such an indecisive person but he was so patient with me and I could really tell he wanted to help me get something that I really liked still within my budget. He wasn’t pushy or too «salesmany» at all. He knew his stuff when it came to the mattresses and furniture and wasn’t just out to get a quick sale. Thank you Sam!

Don’t be fooled by the name. Discounters was on price not quality. Sam was my sales associate and was very knowledgeable. He did a great job helping me decide on exactly what would meet my needs. I gave him the budget I wanted to be in and what my comfort needs were. He never was pushy or tried to get me to buy up. He helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I’m very happy with my new mattress. and will buy from them again as well as refer them. As a side note… I went back in there 2 weeks later to ask Sam about something. Although he wasn’t there Bob, another sale associate took the time to talk to me and address my questions. Great place to do business, good price, great service and on time delivery and set up. I was very happy with my experience and I love my bed. Thanks guys.

Excellent value for your money and great service. I got my dining table, mattress and a chest from this place and I am loving it. Sam, the sales guy here was down to earth and he shows the best available options fitting your tastes and preferences. He takes a good amount of time to walk you around. The delivery was on time and assembly was nothing less than perfect. I am glad that I bought my mattress from this place and is total comfort !

Do not shop here or if you intend to, read BBB unresolved dispute of what they did to my friend! They’ll be hearing their voicemail of admittance everywhere possible! Consider this post as ZERO STARS!

I was only going in to get a business card but the owner sat me down and wanted to know what we were looking for. We told him and they beat everyone else by 15% then SOLD us the units and delivery was on time and they did a nice clean install. So far they have been top notch I will be going back real soon, so look for my update to follow.
NO CHEESY SALES PERSONS HERE…
