We challenged chef to come up with an inventive menu for our dining club. The theme was southwest vegetarian. Chef did not disappoint. Some highlights were: Southwest squash, goat cheese and herb roulande -, quinoa with garlic, onions, black beans and jalapenios — garlic flan — zucchini, chili and cheese tamales and a to die for desert: chocolate chili with real whipped cream and a freshly made churro. Chef was on time, reasonably priced and very personable. Everyone asked for her recipes!

I hired Laureen as a surprise for my girlfriend’s birthday. Laureen showed up right on time and even improvised to ensure that everything stayed a surprise as I was running late. She proceeded to cook us a delicious dinner with a very pleasant serving experience as well. I would highly recommend Laureen to anyone looking for a truly amazing chef at the comfort of your home or event.

Best gift for a new mom… Ever!
My mom and sister hired Laureen to cook a bunch of meals for my husband and me after the birth of our daughter. What a treat! She made amazing entrees and sides for us to stock up our freezer. Everything we’ve tried has been excellent! I would recommend her to anyone.

I was so lucky to have a delicious yummy birthday cake made especially for me by The Effortless Bistro Personal Chef Service– Laureen.
This cake made everyone jealous at my office. I had to share. It was not too sweet but rich and creamy. Absolutely delicious.
If you are too busy to prepare your home cooked meals– call Laureen, you be glad you did and your family will too!
