Worst experience of my life. Business owner has no customer service skills whatsoever and is very unprofessional. Purchased the full set of lashes with one fill. Got my lashes done and rescheduled for the fill. Could not make the fill appointment and rescheduled again. I get to my fill appointment and the owner tells me she is not going to do my fill because my lashes fell off and she is not going to «work for free» I do not recommend this place at all. Stay away.

I bought the Groupon for a set of eyelashes and a fill. Shokoh, the woman who did my eyelashes, did such a great job. I have never gotten my eyelashes extended so Shokoh explained everything to me and made sure I was comfortable. I already booked another appointment!

Amazing, amazing experience to say the least. Very meticulous, which I must say is very appreciated! Very friendly and thorough I will definitely be a customer for life.

Saw a Groupon for a Brazilian was ($ 15) and a full leg wax ($ 37). I usually go to Urban wax in Scottsdale where I spend $ 47 for the Brazilian and $ 68 for the full leg. I love Urban wax but was trying to save some money so I chose this route. Figured, how bad could it really be? Well, REAL BAD. The suite was cute and the lady was nice but her attitude was what sucked. She referred to Groupon customers as being «cheap.» Then she told me she would have to charge me $ 10 extra to do the bikini line. I was like-isn’t that included in a Brazilian wax? She said no. I have had the Brazilian done other places but never heard such a thing. But hey, I’m not going to argue over $ 10, proceed. My next issue: I arrived at 3pm didn’t leave until 5:30pm-imagine 2.5 hours of pain which was totally unnecessary. She was removing hair in tiny strips (~2 inches long) which was KILLING ME. I asked her to use longer strips so we could get it done earlier and she had the nerve to ask me how much I usually pay for a Brazilian. When I told her, she replied, «If you pay me $ 47 it wouldn’t hurt.» I was so shocked that I asked her what she meant by that statement. She said she didn’t want to do long strips because it would waste her supply and that I am only paying $ 15 for the Brazilian so that is what I get. I told her she should treat everyone the same and if she was bitter about the Groupon she shouldn’t offer it!!! She went on to say that I had «so much hair that it was unfair for her to get only $ 15,» and had the audacity to ask me who is the hairy one in my family-​my mom or my dad. WTF I was so close to just getting up and leaving, but I sucked it up and went on with this torture. So funny because after she’s telling me she does eyebrows, eyelashes, BLAH BLAH BLAH. YEA RIGHT LADY! I would never be back. GREEDY PEOPLE I am not a fan of. Don’t come here unless you want to feel a lot of pain. She wasn’t good at waxing either. At least 5 times her hand slipped and pulled the heck out of my skin. The extra money you pay at places like European Wax Center and Urban Wax are WELL WORTH IT. Oh and I left with wax all over me. She didn’t even bother cleaning it off. She told me to go home and rub baby oil on myself to get it off. PFFFFFF!
