Dynamic Dentistry

Just got Back from visiting dentist. Good check up. The office is very clean and bright, with a great smiling staff.

My family and I go to this dentist even the ones from out of state. They are always on time never have to wait. Every friendly staff Dr uses a camera so I can see what he is seeing in my mouth. Always goes over treatment and if I have any questions they always helpful. Dr does great work and is down to earth person.

I’ve been going to Doctor McInnes for the past 10 years. He, and his Staff have always treated me with the utmost respect, kindness, and professionalism. He uses the latest technology, and is always patient about making the patient feel relaxed and comfortable, and always explains the available options before starting any work. I’ve tried other Dentists that were cheaper, and I was not satisfied with the other Doctor’s work. it’s Doctor McInnes for me exclusively from now on.

Do you like your teeth? More specifically do you like them in your mouth where they belong? How masochistic are you? These are the two questions you should seriously ask yourself before making an appointment here.
While captive to my parents insurance plan as a minor, I was subjected to dental care here for years. I am still paying the price today.
First, the attitude — a dentist with a God complex and condescending tone. He regularly ignored basic questions, blew off concerns and treated us like idiots.
Second, pain management — I often had the experience of not being completely numb when work began, or having it wear off mid procedure. I was then told to not be so sensitive.
He lied about the type of crown I needed, put in something far cheaper after charging us for the most expensive type, and then changed his story.
The shoddy work he did is still causing me to have work done today, and none of it would be needed if he hadn’t touched my teeth.
This is the first time I wish I could give negative stars.
