Well 30 minutes is my limit for waiting for my food to come out of a truck and tonight in Chandler Duke’s Express passed that mark. I would have forgiven them if the mac and cheese had lived up to my expectations but unfortunately it did not. I was hesitant to pay $ 10 for what basically amounted to a bowl of noodles ($ 8 for mac and cheese and $ 2 to add bacon) but after I saw the huge portion size I decided to go for it. Well, the dish ended up being so tasteless and boring that I didn’t even eat half of it. My hubby ordered an equally lackluster quesadilla. Duke’s food is just not worth the cost or the wait.
