What a great experience! Cube Smart was a clean and welcoming facility. The staff there seem to truly enjoy their jobs. The halls and units were easy to navigate. The rental vehicle was also a pleasure to drive and we enjoyed the rental discount over the competitors who rent vehicles. THe availability of elevators and carts was nice as well.

Very quick and easy process to reserve, pick up my lock and key, and get moved in! The staff was extremely friendly and showed me all the ins and outs of the place. They also walked me to my unit at the end. They also have carts to use which makes moving in easy. Best prices I found. I would definitely recommend this CubeSmart!

These guys are great and super friendly. I’ve had a unit here since 2014 and I’ve never had any issues. The staff knows me by name and the facilities are super clean and well maintained.
They have a conference room and safety deposit boxes on site too.
If you’re looking to unload some stuff they keep a donation room. and they Accept toys for tots donations too.

From the very first time my husband and I went to CubeSmart, we loved it. We were given a tour by Patrick, and introduced to Jen. Both of them were informative and very friendly. They didn’t do a «hard sell» or push hard for a commitment from us. We were also impressed with the facility and knew right away we would get a unit there. We made a reservation, and then eventually came in to get a unit. We love the accessibility to our unit. I also love that every time we go in, Patrick and Jen remember our names and are always sure to say hi. That is great customer service. I work in the auto industry, and bad customer service turns customers away even if the product is great — because you can always get the product somewhere else. Great customer service keeps customers coming back, and telling their friends about you. Best free advertising ever! The Benzer family loves CubeSmart on Gilbert road!

My brother and I lrent a unit here and ove love love CubeStorage and their staff at Chandler location!!! They have more fleixible hours for access in compared to other storages, and this location has a conference room that you can use for business meeting, quiet time, as well as a business center with computer and printer access!!! What a great idea especially for small business owners like us!!! And their friendly staff is AWESOME!!! Lorie is one of the best managers I am glad to see in the location.
