I have been to several nail shops over the past few months and I can finally say that I will actually return to this shop. My nails look beautiful and Tonya didn’t hurt me. The two things most important to me. I am so glad I found this place. Of course a little help from Unilocal was necessary.

I visited this salon for the first time this afternoon and I will definitely be back. I appreciate that they were able to fit me in for pedi and gel manicure at 4:20 even though they close at 5.

I was new to AZ awhile back and as any person would be I was skeptical in trying out new nail salons. I really love the work John and the other technicians put into their work. They don’t charge an arm and a leg and I never have to wait long to get my nails done when I come in.

Based on my first visit, I couldn’t be happier! Tanya did my nails and did an absolutely fantastic job! Her attention to detail is something I really appreciate, not often found in this industry. I came at lunch time and they got me right in. The deluxe pedicure was also amazing, so relaxing, and my feet are so soft! I will definitely be back!

I have been going to Creative Nails for years. I know all of the nail technicians and of all them constantly exceed my expectations. Not only is the place extremely clean, the technicians are very friendly and take pride in what they do. My nails always look great and I look forward to getting my nails done there because it is truly a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Tanya is a life saver! I’m visiting on business and all week my left big toe was killing me. I had a bad pedicure at a place in San Diego which the technician cut my side nail and left a portion in which is what Tanya found! She nudge it off and no more pain! All the technicians here encouraged me to let her fix it even though I was afraid. I’m so thankful and now I have pretty toes again! Go here!

Worst service I have ever experienced. Two days after I got a fill my nails chipped. While getting my fill, I had to remind the individual doing my nails multiple times to make them even, they still were not even at the end of my appointment. Barely a week after getting a pedicure the polish came off my toes. Their work takes forever, which would be fine if it was good work, but it’s sloppy. I was there for three hours for theses services and was not satisfied.

I had such a great experience today! My mom gave me and my stepdaughter gift cards to the salon. She has been going to Jon for years! I was able to make an appointment with Jon who’s an amazing nail tech. I showed him a picture of the nails I wanted and he did them even better. I love how he did my ring fingers!!! I can’t wait to go back! Love this place!!!

Being a technician myself, I’m comfortable saying this salon has been my own go to place. Personally I think they take pride in their work while maintaining a friendly atmosphere without the «chatter» of private conversations over you (if you know what I mean) My guy prefers to have conversations with me as oppose to awkward silence & I enjoy our banter. Each time I’m there I usually run into neighbors or my daughters friends — so it’s exciting to sit back and let him do his job, while I get to visit.
Besides wanting a clean towel at my appointment– I’m as happy as can be. Thanks for making time for me «J»!

I had a 7 hour layover in PHX and really needed to get a shellac manicure and my eye brows waxed. Met up with a friend for lunch and she recommended this place and I’m quite pleased! I am super picky when it comes to salons as I’ve had my fair share of bad experiences, but I lucked out with Creative Nails. They had a ton of shellac colors to choose from and didn’t get annoyed as I took forever to decide which color I wanted; there were so many choices! One big thing I care about is cleanliness and professionalism, both of which was on point here. Will return again soon… as long as my job keeps sending me to this beautiful city!

I’ve been doing my nails for over 20 years and it’s been so awesome finally having someone you can count on to do a consistently outstanding job every time. From the moment you walk in the door all the way to paying for your services, you feel extremely taken care of and important. I always observe my surroundings and see the same consistency with everyone who is working with their client. I am in sales, therefore in front of executives and high level decision makers on a regular basis. So often, I am complimented on my nails, which is nice. I know it’s a little thing, however having my hands and feet look great gives me confidence and I feel my best. Thanks John! You’re the best!
