The staff at this location are consistently friendly and efficient. Each and every time I’ve come into this location I’ve received excellent customer service, which I can’t say for most of the other Chipotle locations I’ve eaten at. My boyfriend went to this location a week or so ago to grab lunch for me, and one of the employees behind the counter was singing a song from the Lion King. My boyfriend joined in singing the song with him and so they gave him our lunch for free! I came in on my lunch break today for a burrito bowl and after I had grabbed my card out to hand to the cashier, he told me he was actually going to comp my meal! The free food on those couple occasions were a great surprise, but even aside from that, every experience here has been fantastic. On one of my visits I witnessed a girl who was coming in for an interview, and the employee she spoke to told her it would be a few minutes and offered her a complimentary drink. The management and staff at this location are doing an incredible job and it’s refreshing to see a «fast food» restaurant have 10⁄10 service.

I always love chipotle. Our family goes there often particularly this location but I have a comment/suggestion. As far as the kids meals go, the buyer should have the option of ordering a «build a taco» kids meal or a prepared kids meal. Today I went and ordered a kids meal and the gentleman preparing the meal seemed annoyed when he started to put together my child’s meal as a «build a taco«meal and I asked him to build the tacos. My sons three –he’s not going to build his own taco. If I wanted to build this taco I would’ve just bought the parts and going to home. It would be really great if we had the option of a prepared taco kids meal and the build your own taco kids meal.

Disappointed! First time at this location on Sunday around 6pm. I ordered a steak bowl like I normally do from Chipotle. Chicken can sometimes be dry, but how can they mess up steak? Unfortunately they managed to do it. I came home and the steak was chewy like it had been sitting there too long. Sadly, this’ll be my last visit to this location. I’ll be driving to the one near Casa Paloma even though it’s further.

Ordered a burrito bowl, and a burrito. Both were not satisfying to me and my partner. We both like Chipotle, but not this time. Both meals had TONS of rice, and I mean a ridiculous(not appetizing) amount of rice. Both were missing lettuce and were tastless. Idk what went wrong to make it lack taste. Maybe it was all the rice. Between the these 2 things, it was enough to say that I won’t be going back to this location. Please clean your bathroom! This is the closet location to work and home but I avoid it because the bathroom is always filthy and you know a dirty bathroom is indicative of the cleanliness of the place. I decided to try again recently since I thought all the current negative press might inspire a higher standard of clean at all locations. I was wrong. Maybe this store didn’t get the memo because the bathroom is still gross. The food and service here is fine, but I won’t be eating here again. Yuck.

So C and I came back to this location by Chandler Mall. Partly because his new found love of Burritos and partly because his school was doing a family night fundraiser. Works for me either way. The last time we visited this location our experience wasn’t that great(2 stars). This time it improved greatly. The dining room, although packed thanks to many families from C’s school was clean. I saw 2 employees moving about inside and outside cleaning tables. Nice. The line was long but as with every time I’ve visited any Chipotle, it moves fast enough. C ordered his usual, Steak Burrito with nothing in it but cheese. The burrito came out much bigger than last time which was good to see. C said the burrito was very tasty and he only found a couple pieces of meat which he thought were a bit«grissly» There was still a really good portion of beef and a nice handful size pile of cheese. As C’s burrito was being prepared I asked the guy behind the glass about the whole«Steak 3 Pointer» thing. He told me that since this burrito really has nothing on it but the meat and cheese, it costs less than a regular steak burrito, $ 5.75, and they call it a «Steak 3 Pointer». Ah, thanks for the clarification. I ordered the Barbacoa bowl. Yummy seasoned beef which was tender and juicy. Then I added fresh shredded cheese, fresh tomato salsa, roasted chile-corn salsa, lettuce and sour cream. All this on top of a nice pile of brown rice. Winner winner Barbacoa bowl dinner. Because this was a fundraiser, C and I also ordered some chips and Guacamole($ 3.25). Certainly not the best deal in town but the guac tasted good and the chips were not overly salty so pretty good all around. Much improved clean dining room, much bigger«Steak 3 Pointer», Yummy bowl, fair prices, nice service. 4 Stars.

It’s Chipotle man. For quick Mexican food, pretty delish, great friendly service all round too. It’s not fancy shmancy but for food it borders on having a restaurant feel. I had taco Barbacoa with guac, sour cream etc. Prices are really reasonable for what you get. My Margarita is working just fine for $ 4.70,lol.

This Chipotle has always been frequented by myself and my coworkers, but I will be sure to share my experience today with them. Today will be my last visit to the Chandler Fashion Center location based on an extremely rude employee there named Amanda. Amanda could barely be bothered to make eye contact with me while barking at the cashier in regards to an incorrect order. The cashier behind the counter(to which I do not know their name) had too quickly ran my card without allowing me the opportunity to speak up about having a BOGO coupon. Once my meal had been pushed in my face with a not so genuine«bye, have a nice day» I was able to mention the coupon. At this time, Amanda quickly approached and shoved her way to the register. Amanda mentioned needing to refund the original purchase in order to use the BOGO coupon, which I would have been alright with, had she not added that they could only do a specific amount of refunds per day.(Not my problem) This interaction was a full blown adult tantrum, including an eye roll, heavy sighs and snatching of receipts and credit cards. After the meal had been rung up a second time and the coupon was applied I asked if there was an opportunity for me to provide feedback. Amanda quickly replied with a terse«NO». I followed up with asking for her name and left. Chipotle should definitely think twice about their hiring process and make sure that their employees can produce quality meals but that they are also kind to the people ordering their meals. Amanda is extremely rude, not only to her coworkers, but to the customers. She needs an attitude adjustment and maybe a coaching conversation in regards to proper food service expectations because this was not how a Chipotle should be run.

We come here 1 – 2 times a week with a group of coworkers. I’m sorry but when you fulfill 20+ online orders making over 30 people wait who actually came in to order in person, you can expect everybody to be pissed off and to reduce the chances of ever coming back in. Why should somebody who has ordered their food on the Internet have their food made before somebody who’s physically in line. Learn to manage your staff if you want our business to continue. What will effect your business more negatively– the amount of people that turn away when they see a line out the door due to online orders, or the one online order That frankly can wait. Management, if I were you I’d not allow online orders during a certain time gap. You’re frustrating people.

I come to this location at least 2 times a week. I usually use the app on my phone to order ahead because it’s always so busy at lunch time. Today I ordered the same thing as usual, a chicken bowl and when I came to pick it up, I sat down to eat it just to see that it was half of its normal portion. I’m not sure if it’s because they are busy or if they don’t care as much about to go orders, and I’m too nice to go up and complain because I don’t want to be that customer. But I’m paying 7 dollars for a meal that usually fills me up(and I can’t eat the whole thing) and today I finished it in under 10 minutes due to the size. I will come back to this location but don’t think I will be paying ahead, would rather wait in line and make sure I’m getting what I pay for before I actually pay for it. My only regret is that I didn’t think to take a photo of it before I ate it. I was going to give 4 stars but I’m giving 2 because I’m not at all satisfied with the meal I paid for today. They also lose a star for the size of the location, it’s too small for a mall location that is packed all hours of the day(not the employees fault). If my meal would have been its normal proportion I would have given at least 4 stars. Maybe my next visit will be better.

I love chipotle, I eat at least once a week at chipotle. Today was my last visit to the chandler fashion center location. An employee named Autumn was extremely unprofessional in handling a small complaint. I was building my burrito bowl and asked for steak. Autumn was helping me get the bowl started and instead of handing the bowl off the next employee she reached over and gave me an extremely small scoop of steak. It had to have been about 6 – 7 cubes of steak. I voiced my concern and she rolled her eyes and put 2 – 3 more cubes in the bowl and told me in a very snappy tone«that’s it and if you want any more you can order double» I’ve been to many chipotles and ordered double steak many times, I’ve also never seen an employee act this way. I thought chipotle made better hiring choices.

I love that Chipotle is openly promoting a NON-GMO way of eating! I also love their big fat burritos and feel that $ 7-$ 8 is a good value. I decided to try the quesa-rito which I’ve been told is a ‘secret menu’ item. Was it huge, yes! Was it good, of course! Was it worth the price… not really. Instead of charging you for an extra tortilla(because that’s really the only extra product ordered) they literally charge you for a quesadilla and a burrito. This means you pay nearly $ 12 for a burrito that has cheese on the outside, as opposed to getting it on the inside. Worth the try but I’ll never do it again, nor would I recommend it to anyone else. Now, please excuse me while I take a nap… zZzZz

This has to be the very worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. I’ve run into massive problems on not on one but TWO separate occasions. The first time I was here, the staff(all kids) where goofing off with the other staff members, running back and forth into the kitchen, chasing each other, with the other kids who were in their street clothes because it wasn’t their night to work, with a line out the door. Tonight, I placed my order with the app a full hour ahead of time to avoid the poor management and customer service only to realize that when I came to pick up my food, they«couldn’t find it». On top of that, when I went to fill my drink(iced tea) BOTH iced tea containers were translucent at best which means it was just ice water from them sitting there all day. I’m writing this review now as I sit and wait(25 mins in now) waiting for them to brew iced tea. Normally I would have left by now, but I’m planting a seat to prove a point. To top it off, the manager is yelling at the cashier who was nice enough to apologize about my order and who was also nice enough to ask for the iced tea. It’s not her fault the food wasn’t prepped and the iced teas weren’t replenished. This place need a wake up call. At least the manager does. Awful. I won’t coming back to this one again. I’ll use the extra gas to go out of my way to go to a chipotle that is more consistent. Ridiculous.

My Chipotle cherry was officially popped by this awesome Chandler location in Arizona. Everyone I know who has been to a Chipotle raved about it and suggested that I go on my next trip to the mainland. A lot of times, people tend to overrate things and I get disappointed but let me tell you-Chipotle definitely lived up to the hype. This Chipotle is located on the outskirts of Chandler Fashion Center. I love the fact that you can build and customize your own burritos, tacos, salad, burrito bowls and order your food on an assembly line style system. The employees working at this Chipotle on the day that I dined in were really friendly, upbeat, and fast-paced. They definitely needed to work quickly because their lunch line was long and never-ending but they did an excellent job of working quickly through the line and we didn’t have to wait too long until it was our turn. I give my first burrito bowl an A+. I had: Cilantro-Lime Rice(YUM) Black beans Chicken and Steak(Really good flavor and I LOVE the option to mix your meat!) Guacamole Cheese Corn Salsa Sour Cream Lettuce Their burrito bowls are huge and are perfect if you’re hungry but can also be good for a serving of 2 if you aren’t that hungry and want to share it with someone. Their chips and salsa are also really good and are of Mexican restaurant-quality. The chips and salsa were both fresh and addicting. They have self-serve Coke fountain products and free refills are available. I’m so disappointed that Hawaii doesn’t have a Chipotle(yet) because Chipotle is definitely somewhere I’d dine at all the time! When I’m in this area again, I will definitely be back at this Chipotle for both the tasty, fresh food and the excellent customer service!
