Camden Chandler

We had a great experience having Samatha showing us the apartment options and amenities here at Camden Chandler. The layout of the one-​bedroom is like none we have ever seen. We are very excited about becoming residents of this amazing community.

I arrived at my apartment to move in and when I went to do the walk through, my apartment was not ready. It was dirty from the construction (new apartment, never lived in) the lights, floors, etc. had not been cleaned. I called the office and I was AMAZED!!! They responded right away, apologized for the apartment not being ready, offered me $ 100.00 credit toward rent, a free accent wall they would have painted, they assured me the cleaners would be over in the morning and also offered me a free floor to ceiling cleaning at a later date as well as a free carpet clean. I have never experienced such exceptional customer service in my life. I am beyond excited to make Camden Chandler my home. They went above and beyond to make this right for me and I am SO happy with the entire experience.

My wife and I recently toured Camden Chandler and met with Heather Folk. After touring a few other nearby communities, we had pretty high expectations and were almost set on moving in to another community. But after comparing apples to apples, and speaking with Heather, we just simply couldn’t turn away from this community. We absolutely loved the overall design of the entire community. It reminds us of a master-​plan community for homebuilders. It doesn’t feel like an apartment community at all. With the unique amenities, features, and included options in the unit, we just couldn’t pass on the opportunity to move into a brand new unit. The location can’t be beat as well. Just right in the heart of Ocotillo. Great schools, great shopping nearby, and the Loop 202 is just a couple minutes away. We’re excited to move in to Camden Chandler soon and we’d definitely recommend anyone to take a look at this beautiful community. Ask for Heather if you do! She’s very knowledgeable of the area and Camden. Just a wonderful person and had a great experience meeting with her!

This is such a beautiful complex! This was the 12^th complex I had look at and when I first walked in, I instantly fell in love! Jessica A in the office is so AMAZING! She was more concerned about me being completely in love, than getting me signed onto a lease. All of the building are brand new, including all the gym, which is fully loaded! I highly recommend this complex! I’ve been here since July and I love it more and more everyday!

We love living here. The staff is extremely friendly and maintenance is always quick to respond to service requests. I love being able to pay rent online. It is also nice to have a common area for kids to play in and not have to worry about them running into the street (each set of apartment encircles a common area). The pool is amazing and having an attached garage is the best.
