I had bought a mani-​pedi groupon for Bee Beautiful Salson for a girlfriend as a gift. When my friend made the appointment, the business failed to inform her that the address location had changed from the one that groupon listed. My friend was now 20 minutes late and the manicurist refused to do full service. My friend wanted to reschedule, and instead they counted the groupon as «used» even though my friend did not get any service. Fortunately, I got my groupon money refunded. I will never recommend this salon to anyone. Thanks!

The manicurist LaTonya is horrible! She was rude and unorganized! She double-​booked my appointment, which I made a month in advance. When I arrived she redeemed by Groupon even though she didn’t do my nails. She said it was my loss that I was out of the money. She then followed me out of the salon, which was scary! Thankfully Groupon corrected it. However, this lady has some serious social and perhaps some mental issues that need to be addressed.
