Every single gal needs this store!!! Every time I walk in here within one minute I have someone helping me find or teaching me something. I love this place. The people that work here are knowledgeable, customer service oriented. They never seem put off that I need help. I’m a pretty handy person– but little things I need help with– like-​where are the nuts and bolts. Which replacement piece do I need? RV supplies? You will be lost in large places like Home Depot and Menards. Not here– thank you! Best hardware store hands down.

Walk into any Home Depot and try to find someone who will help you find what you need. Do the same at Lowes and Menards. I have actually walked an entire HD TWICE and every time I get close to getting someone to help me, they take off in the opposite direction.
Now walk into Lane True Value in Champlin. When you step in, they ask you if they can help you find something. Tell them your project or tool need and they will actually walk you to the aisle, give you recommendations and send you on your way with more knowledge to get the job done right.

Handy, local hardware store located in a strip mall. Staff is friendly and knowledgable. They seem to have everything I ever needed, and a better first stop than the bigger chains. Sell Sthil chainsaws and trimmers. If you don’t need to own it, they rent tools. They also sell live bait. Free popcorn too!
