Horrible experience. BAIT AND SWITCH tactic used to increase the price of a unit.
Website listed 1 price but when I went to rent the unit they said they think it was an error with the post online.
Mgr has no authority to resolve this issue. Had to call district mgr for help. District Mgr took the price off the internet and it nearly doubled.
They offered the low price for one month but then the rate would double! I said no way!
I’m going to Public Storage!
