I brought a cashmere jacket, a dress shirt and a cashmere scarf for dry clean. However, when I picked them up, only the condition of my scarf is acceptable. though not so obvious, there was a small portion of stain on my shirt, and there were even more pills on my jacket after their dry clean.
Furthermore, the thread in the cuff of my jacket is even unravelling, and all these costed me $ 22! By the way, the shirt and the jacket are both Burberry Prorsum, which worth more than $ 2,000, so I didn’t even bother argue with them, since I know it’s far more that the compensation they might be able to provide.
In short, do not ever go to this cleaner.

Their prices are high, and quality is poor. They ruined one of my dresses, and stained 4 of of my husband’s shirts, two of which could not be fixed. Go elsewhere.
