I’ve rented from Andy and the Prestige team at their 202 E Springfield Ave address for 4 months now and I have never had a single problem with service. I asked to move in 5 days early, paid for the 5 days and they actually gave me the keys another day early so if they were out of the office I wouldn’t have any problems moving in. Walls were painted and the carpets were cleaned by Stanley Steamers prior to my early move in. Place was great then and still great now. Best one bedroom apartment in Champaign. Location is perfect, its quiet even though its on the edge of campus, rent is low and power bill is nothing! They also have a great online repair request link on their homepage. Staff is always inviting and friendly when I stop by pay my rent too.
