I visited this store today and I am very disappointed in the customer service and cleanliness of the store. The staff walked past me at least a dozen times and never said a word to me. Some clothes were on the floor like they had been busy, but it was a Tuesday afternoon and there were two other customers in the store.

Not a huge Charlotte Russe fan to begin with, but this specific location is pretty messy. There was merchandise all over the floor and even food bits and crumbs scattered everywhere. When my friend tried to get a fitting room, she had to go find an employee to open up a room for her. As I waited, I saw 3 other customers who wanted to try something on do the same thing.
There were about 4 employees all in the checkout area the whole time even though no transactions with customers were being made.
I gave it two stars because when we interacted with the employees, they were friendly. Also, my friend was able to find a couple good deals.

Hip stylish and inexpensive women’s clothing. This is a great store that my wife found on our first shopping trip to the mall in Champaign. The prices are very reasonable sort of like forever XXI but better quality. They have a lot of sales frequently. Staff is super friendly and my wife says she will come again.
