Not a good experience. My mom ordered flowers to be delivered on my birthday as a surprise. They were not delivered on my birthday and they called me ruining the surprise and then were not flexible on the delivery time. Also the man who left me was completely incomprehensible and had to repeat message several times to understand. Woman was also rude on the phone. However, flowers were pretty.

Recently, used Abbott’s for sending flowers for a family death (yes, I know). I called in the order from out of state and they took care of everything, Thank you Lisa.
The family that received the flowers called me to let me know the flowers were very nice.
Thank you guys for not just being a commercial business but also taking care of things for people who are down. Thanks!
