Next Chapter is a joke. They won’t fix anything. They lied and tried to force us into a lease even when they new some low income apartments would be open. They lied about the pond and then raised the rent! We have been out for 40 days and still haven’t got any deposit back. Talking to past tenants this happens a lot. Dennis, the maintenance person was AWESOME, but he got fed up and left too. Our neighbors had a fire and the Next Chapter people claimed they were negligent for leaving a clothes washer running while they weren’t home. Tried to charge them for the repairs. And no working fire alarms either. No amenities at all. People have cracks in the outside walls that let in rain water. No. I did not enjoy living there!

I have already signed a lease for Fall 2013 at 75 Armory and I couldn’t be more excited! The staff has been so friendly and helpful and has answered all of my questions about the new apartments. I recently saw two finished units in the building and they look awesome. They are so much nicer than any other apartments on campus and they are very reasonably priced for such high quality apartments. I pay much more for a lower quality apartment this school year, I am so excited to move in in the fall and couldn’t be happier that I found 75 Armory!
