Dicks Sporting Goods

Love going here to get my workout clothes. Besides the extreme prices, it’s great. The workers don’t do much to help but I don’t mind, I like to get my stuff and get out as soon as possible anyway. The only thing I’m paying attention to is how much something, I wish they would bring the prices down a little! I do love shopping here though, they have a huge variety of clothes for everyone and from all brands.

The people who work here are lacking in customer service. Overheard 2 employees complaining about having to be at work.

This Dick’s location is new, so the store has been clean and well-​kept every visit that I’ve made. Like all sporting goods stores, it’s a bit pricey, but they have decent sales sometimes.
The outdoorsman/​bait/​gun section is a bit small, so if you’re in the market for that kind of stuff, Gander Mountain has a better selection.
I was also a bit surprised to see how small the exercise equipment section was. Older Dick’s stores that I visited had a larger selection of treadmills, ellipticals, etc.
Most of the floor space is dedicated for athletic clothing and shoes. They have an excellent selection of cleats, athletic trainers, and running shoes. I found the prices to be on par with other department stores, but they’re even better if you have one of Dick’s coupons.
The golf section is huge and well staffed. If you’re in the area for golf at Penn National or any of the other golf courses in Franklin County, this would be an excellent store for any golf items you may need.
Dick’s has a little something for everyone, but for specialty stuff, you may be better off elsewhere.
