Son Seafood

I have finally found great seafood in «da parish». I don’t live too far but I am not intimidated by a 10 to 15 minute car ride in search for my next great meal. As I entered the stored, I must say I did not get the typical corner store vibe. This place is extremely neat and clean. I was flabbergasted!!! Immediately I felt comfortable and wanted to try new things. The long line of customers that ended at she door was also a good indication that Son’s Seafood was good. Behind the counter the owners children worked the counter. They were quick and courteous. The young lady allowed me to try a crawfish prior to purchase and I was blown away. I ordered a couple of pounds. I love crawfish but these are are awesome! They were fresh, hot and spicy. While at the counter I also ordered what I had even jonesing for all week. I ordered a small roast beef point with gravy and small French fry. The poboy was good but not great. I am saluting Son’s Seafood and returning because of the crawfish. The service was polite and the store was clean. The table was clean and properly stocked. While eating my crawfish, the owner son kindly gave me a tray to eat my crawfish on and once I was done he retrieved it. I will be back soon to try more seafood. I spoke with many people as I ate my crawfish and they raved about their seafood. Son’s is open everyday.

The crawfish were amazing. The shrimp were huge and great! The employees were sooooo nice and friendly!

I love this place

The boiled shrimp are the best I’ve ever had!!! They boil them fresh for you and it only takes a few minutes. The service is always friendly and prompt, I’ve had a few things on the menu but I live for the shrimp!!! I have them at least once a week. Great heat, flavor and price. Plus, if you get the medium size, a pound will do for 1 person!

They have the most handsome cashier working the front, the things i would do just to rub his eyebrow hair

I LOVE THEIR SUPER AWESOME SAUSAGES. If you’ve never had their sausages then you’re missing out. Their turkey necks are the best on the weekends so tender and juicy! It’s to die for. You have to check it out.

Their sausages are literally the best that I have ever tasted !!! Their crawfish & fried shrimp is pretty on point also. I totally recommend this place 100x’s !!!
