I’ve been coming here ever since I was 7 years old and I am currently 15.
Let me start off with the ladies who actually take off the rubber bands, put on most of the appliances are pretty awesome. We’ve only had a few problems with them, and all of them are just from how long it takes for them to put the bands on or replace the wire. (My teeth were the main problem on why it was taking so long)
All the staff members are extremely friendly, never had I ever had a problem with any of them.
The waiting room is pretty cool, it has a gaming system in the back with a TV, a selection of magazines, and a few other hands on games for the little kids. I think the longest we had to wait in his office since 2006 was about 30 minutes? Now though, we check in early and get called within 10 minutes.
I’m not sure what the other person was meaning when they said it’s dirty or loud because honestly, it is NOT dirty. It’s very clean! It may get a little loud, but not so overbearing where you can’t hear Dr. Kadan talking.
They have this thing when you wear their shirt they give you a token, and I’m pretty sure once you actually collect enough tokens, you get some sort of prize. (I think it’s like a $ 25 gift card at Target or something) I personally never did it because I always forgot to wear the shirt.
The desk girls are extremely nice and understanding. My mom chats with them every time we go and they have always been polite and funny! Every time I go, since 2006, I’ve never heard them being rude to my mom or dad, or any other person there.
The only problem we had here was with the new doctor there. (I don’t remember his name) He was taking out my retainer and cut underneath my tongue and it started bleeding pretty bad. It later started to heal after about a week, but it started to turn white… which I don’t want to get in to. So, it was infected for awhile, and I always washed my mouth out with salt water and tried my best to keep the cut clean, but it kept opening back up. So after a few months later, we went to the office again and Dr. Kadan had to fix it. It turned out that my braces kept digging in to the wound and re-​opening it. The doctor who did cut underneath my tongue was very apologetic and extremely nice. I’m pretty sure when he removed my retainer, I was the first person who let him put his hands in my mouth…
I just got my braces off yesterday, and my teeth are amazing! I was worried I would get stains, but once he removed the glue, they looked amazing! He also shaved the bottoms of my front teeth and made it look even better. Dr. Kadan is probably one of the best doctors in this area! Thanks Dr. Kadan!

I don’t know how people are giving this place such high reviews. The office is dirty and loud. There is no privacy between patients. It was the least relaxing experience I have every had at a ortho/​dentist. I barely even saw the doctor he let his assistants for on me and they had NO idea what they were doing. At my consultation he said no mater what I would have to have a few teeth pulled but when I got 2^nd, 3^rd and 4^th opinions this was not the case. Plus, the secretaries were ALWAYS rude. If you want a bad experience with a practice that doesn’t care or know what they are doing, go here. If you want better for your kid or yourself, go somewhere else.
