Bring yer puke bucket… Pizza tasted like poop. I think they ran out of mozzarella and used government welfare American cheese instead and the basil looked like sautéed pubes. The sign on the wall said that they use the finest Italian cheeses money can buy… I guess they don’t have much money that cheese sucked dog balls. I would suggest bringing your own pizza and your own drinks and your own Italian ambiance because all of the above was terrible. Don’t forget the puke bucket.

3 stars for nice employees, convenience, speed of service, and their pizza is mediocre. My boyfriend and I will usually call in for pick-up. Eagles are on tonight and I was looking forward to some«Jack’s Buffalo Boneless Tenders.»(I never had them before, as I usually get wings). I opened the styrofoam box to some not-so-tender tenders. They were more like boneless buffalo bites and it appears as if I received the crumbs from the bottom of the bag(¾ of them were too hard to eat). Also, I have never been a fan of their marinara/sauce/gravy, whatever you want to call it; it’s way too sweet and it seems they use the same dipping sauce for their mozzarella sticks as they use for their pasta so I don’t eat either anymore. And as an Italian, I love my pasta! And for garlic knots sake, it might be something to consider… Side note suggestion: it might be a good idea for the employee’s at all Randazzo’s locations(and I know they’re not I affiliated) to specify which Randazzo’s a customer is calling when the phone is answered. I was on my way home from work one night and googled«Randazzo’s,» called for pick-up, to find that the Randazzo’s in Willow Grove had made my order.

Pizza was really good. The server was really nice. The food didn’t take long to come out and the prices aren’t too bad! No complaints at all!

Our GOTO for take out! Love the pizza, the pasta, and my favorite wings in town! They are always very timely and polite, would highly recommend it!

Meh. Tried one more time. Ordered the«Homemade» Lasagna. Nothing more than asst noodles tossed on a plate, some sauce poured on top, some cheese and tossed in an oven for a few minutes. Bottom line — Luke warm and poor flavor. Wife’s meal just as bad. Friendly staff though.

Tried again to have dinner here. We used to frequently dine here. Got there at 8:00 to be turned away because they close at 9 pm. This is the third time we were turned away! By the sane waitress who is still there! Where is the owner ??? Does he read these reviews ??

I’ve been coming to Randazzo’s for as long as I can remember, but I haven’t been in quite some time. Today, Mother’s Day, I was driving around with my grandma, mother, and my daughter trying to find somewhere to get some lunch. Every restaurant was packed! So we thought, how about Randazzo’s? If nothing else we could get take out. We pull up and get inside and it’s empty. And I mean one table is seated. How sad. Really. I remember a time that Randazzo’s was super popular and the dining room was always full. To see an empty dining room was just sad. The service was excellent, as to be expected, the waitress only had 2 tables to handle. The food: our mozzarella sticks and garlic knots came out promptly and they were DELICIOUS. I’m a fan of their garlic knots. And there’s something about their mozzarella sticks that screams«I’m not store bought, frozen!» I enjoyed them. Next came my daughter’s meal(pasta with sauce) she loved it. My mother and grandmother seemed to enjoy their meals. I got a slice of pizza and here lies my disappointment. It was just so soggy. The crust had no crunch. But I was hungry, so I ate it anyways. I hope Randazzo’s business picks up. It would be a shame to see them go.

This was once my go-to local restaurant, decent Italian food at a reasonable price and BYOB. Recently the vibe has changed, the atmosphere not as good, service not as good. Also new manager that treats young female employees in appropriately. Time to find a new place!

At one randazzo’s was a happening spot, not so much anymore. I walked in on a weekend night and the place was quiet. The entire staff, including cooks average age was likely 17 or so. The cashier hollered to us at our table to come order up there and we said wed wait a bit and eventually a server came. The menu is relatively pricey for the burbs. The appetizers are decent, although, standard frozen to fried items that are ubiquitous in burb pizza shops. The pizza was… meh. We had the veggie brick oven. Dough was very doughy, and the veggies were quite raw on top. I’m sure if it took a longer spin in the brick oven it would have been better. Our plates were wet and 2⁄4 were stained with food remnants. If this place was 30% cheaper, it would get more stars, but, for the price, service and food quality need some work.

My parents took my kids and I here for pizza. The pizza was OK, but way too cheesy. They would have done better by toning it down. No beer, good service and a great wait staff.

Great pizza and excellent sandwiches. My favorite is the cheesesteak hoagie wrap. A nice Italian fare as well. They make a good lasagna. The only criticism I have is that their wait staff is a little inattentive.

Randazzo’s is a great local dine in Italian restaurant. It is my local go to restaurant for top Italian food. I measure Italian restaurants from a scale of 1 to Ralph’s in South Philly, and Randazzo’s rates an impressive 4. This BYO has a great menu of Italian specialties and each dine in or take out order comes with a side of garlic knots. GARLICKNOTS! So tasty and I will repel teeny bopper vampires for 2 – 3 days. My favorite dishes: Sicilian– a two meal sized dish of ground beef, ricotta cheese and pasta. Very delicious and I have ordered multiple times. Veal parm– the veal was the size of a large dinner plate. Now I am not a small guy, or even an average sized guy and I only ate half of my meal. The breading was a little heavier than what I like, but the veal was very flavorful and tender. Fried Mozzarella– Best. Fried. Mozzarella. Half moon sized shapes of delicious mozzarella in a great breading accompanied with a tasty marinara. Conclusion: This a great family restaurant with reasonable prices(although their woodfired pizzas are a little expensive) and delicious meals.
