Regal Auto Wash

Honestly this was one of the best customer services experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the moment I pulled in, the young man (James) who greeted me was happy, helpful and willing to go beyond what my particularly chosen (ie one of the cheaper washes) wash included. I wasn’t planning on having the car washed, so I had my large dog with me. James helped me get me get my coffee, dog and other things out of the car by actually offering to take the dog’s leash while I got myself together. It may not sound like a big deal, but just to have an employee act like they actually like being at their job and extend a hand to help is very much appreciated. The owner/​manager spoke with me and brought the dog some treats and was just as pleasant. My car looked great — they actually managed to get all the long blond lab fur off the black mats as well as made sure the windows sparkled without a trace of wet snout-​prints. The prices are reasonable and there is usually a $ 4.00 off coupon to be found in one of the local coupon mailings. Having this nice experience really was a great way to start my day off!
