My rear tire went flat– like totally flat. Not knowing where yo go i limped into Phillips Automotive. Four new tires later along with an alignment and i was off. But something wasnt right. The car pulled to the right and over the next couple of days it seemed like one wheel was shaking while i drove. A quick call to the Owner, his response, «come in we will have a look and make it right». So i did just that. And guess what! He did just as he promised! Fixed it and now it is perfect. Why the five stars you ask? Didnt i have to come back you ask? Yes. But we all make mistakes– my car has 117k miles and there may have been corrosion build up that kept the tire from seating properly. He earned the five stars for doing what he said he would do. For those of you like me, who know nothing about cars, this is a place you can trust. And the employees are all happy and helpful. A great business!

These guys are my go to mechanics! I always do my oil changes there. They really look the car over each time (130,000) and tell me what exactly has to be done. No other oil change people are that thorough.

We’ve been taking our cars there over a year. They are very thorough on the oil changes, and have caught a couple of things early, before I was stranded. Nice guys.
