This is like a half Yogurtland. Machines always out, not that many flavors, and the layout is terrible. They don’t often carry the promotional flavors or spoons. Not even the napkins are YL napkins.

Horrible service! I will never come here again! We bought 41.4 oz of yogurt for my family, when paying my sister forgot to hand the girl the coupon(which gives you 3 oz free when you buy 10oz or more) she realized as soon as she handed her the money and quickly tried to fix it, only to be told«NO it’s to late!» The girl also refused to give us a cup of water! I’ve never had this kind of service at any other yogurtland…

Located inside the Los Cerritos Mall this Yogurtland is pretty small inside with I believe only two tables but you can just grab your yogurt that you purchased and eat at one of the comfortable sofas in the middle of the mall which is very close by. Came here with my mom to just explore this mall, we haven’t been here in a long time so it was something that we wanted to do. A lot of the stores are getting remodeled and they are pretty much closed for construction so we didn’t really do that much shopping. Instead we just enjoyed eating and having a nice time at Yogurtland. I got Taro and this grape summer flavor I forgot the name of it already but it tasted pretty good! No complaints and there wasn’t a line or a wait time so that was also nice.

Love this yogurtland! You can tell they have fresh yogurt. Doesn’t taste icy. Green tea and pistachio yogurt is fabulous. Staff very friendly :) the staff keeps the topping bar filled and tidy too. Ive seen kids mess up the topping bar and they immediately clean it up. Two thumbs up

You know it used to be a really good place but now it just downgraded it became bad they no longer have water for customers and they give you only one sample cup they refused to give me another sample because it’s one per person and I told them I wanted one more because of the new flavors that are going on but still refused and other yogurtlands give you 2 – 3 I think refusing a customer for something is bad

Way better flag s than Tutti Frutti and menchies and the price is the same. I am a chocolate lover and this place hits the spot where menchies is more of a fruit flavor variety. A++

Went there on Memorial Day weekend and the mall was so warm we just had to stop in to cool off. There was the typical large selection, but a lot of the flavors like the carrot cake are too sweet for me. This time I stepped outside my plain tart comfort zone and tried the toasted coconut and also the mango. Not bad, but I still like the plain tart the best, it mixes well with any topping you could put on it. Maybe it was because of the warm temperature in the mall, but the toppings did not look as appetizing to me. Other Yogurtland locations have water dispensers, but this one doesn’t. Would have appreciated some water.

The first Yogurtland I ever tried, and still the busiest. I love the fact that they are self-serve. When I first started coming here I was always confused on which flavors to try. Fortunately, the crew would give me a couple of tiny sample cups to help me decide. I’ve never been disappointed with any of the flavors that I’ve had here. Normally, I do not want any toppings on my Fro-yo, but they do have many toppings from which to choose from. Reasonable prices, good service, and pretty clean shop(even during the busy weekends). Only reason why I don’t give them 5 stars is because a couple of times I’ve seen kids stick their fingers close to the nozzles in order to get those fro-yo remnants hanging there. Not very sanitary at all! Other than that, I am a fan.

Yogurtland, aka TCBY, has an excellent selection of yogurt and toppings It was empty when I went in(3pm). Went right to the machines and got chocolate and cookies and cream yogurt. Just about filled that little basin. Went to toppings bar and loaded up on: Oreo cookie, peanut, and nabisco wafers. Put it in the weigh scale — total was $ 5.76. Not bad at all! But I think the scale was off since it had yesteryear’s old yogurt and batter caked on it — clean the god d&mn thing would you? The cashier was polite and gave me a green spoon. I didn’t want a green one — I wanted a yellow one. She didn’t even bother askin. Me — the nerve of some people. Nonetheless, I scarfed this trough-like container filled with yogurt. I didn’t even take a single breath but shoved it all down my pie hole. I got brain freeze and also that sharp tooth pain when you eat something too cold — This TCBY was excellent. Good flavor, good value. Can’t complain. Now if they had more color spoons, this place would be perfect(this is called sarcasm)

Affordable yogurt! Love the themes and different flavors. My usual cup comes with cookies & cream, red velvet, cheesecake, watermelon, mango and lychee. Yogurtland is happiness in a cup!

This place is hella, hella busy. Located inside busy Cerritos mall makes this place more pack than ever. I like how fresh most of their fruits are(Mango esp). and green tea yogurt is always good after dinner. Tip: Come during weekday, much shorter line.

So this might be slightly embarrassing(actually, very embarrassing) but since I have no shame I’ll say it anyway: when Yogurtland is full of people(and I mean FULL of people), ask for sample cups, get your samples, inhale said samples and leave!

There was GREENTEA flavor when I came here! Score! I usually get a fruity tart flavor like blueberry, the original tart, and green tea if there is green tea. I miss the green tea at Pinkberry. If you don’t know, I really like Pinkberry. Yogurtland’s original tart is fine, but it can’t compare to Pinkberry’s original tart. Also, the fruits here seem too big/chunky and not as clean/premium as they could be. I like to put something crunchy like the rainbow cereal thing or chocolate chips. Sometimes I put mochi if I feel like chewing things. It’s still a nice place to have some froyo since Pinkberry isn’t nearby. Sometimes second best is better than nothing.

I love this place because it’s 2 stores down from where I work and I get my mall employee discount, which is better than nothing. The staff there know me by face and are all wonderful and friendly. My only complaint is how fucking CROWDED it gets and how claustrophobic I get waiting in the line in that little narrow hallway that isn’t even big enough to handle a line going in two directions. The selections don’t change as often as I would like to see them change, but with the holidays upon us I know they have a new selection just about every other day, which is super exciting for me! Hooray more choices! I love Yogurtland and Yogurtland loves me. It’s a beautiful thing.

Not much to say. My boyfriend and I were here on a Sunday afternoon. Decent selections of flavors and toppings. Tasty frozen yogurt. Customer service is fine. Clean yet limited seating area. The Sanrio character cups and spoons are cute. Not bad. 3 out of 5 stars. For a superior frozen yogurt experience, try Menchie’s.

Personally I think that Yogurtland is one of the over-talked and over-rated places, but that’s just me. We went there with the children and purchased them yogurt and what not and is a really nice place. The Sanrio establishment really made the day because all the little spoons and cups were just absolutely marvelous.
