Starbucks

They say home is where the heart is or is it home is where they supply me with me nearly daily dose of caffeine. THANKS GOD for the person who invented it! What ever it is I have come to call this Starbucks location HOME!
When I’m sick I can go in and they will know something is off with me and prepare me a sick tea. A while back I started this thing called a skinny surprise. What is a skinny SURPRISE you ask? It when I order a tall skinny latte (hot) and they make whatever they want for me as long as it’s not chocolate and it’s a SURPRISE! Now since mobile orders are available I can order a skinny latte in any flavor and they KNOW they can make me a SKINNY SURPRISE! I like giving them the opportunity to be creative. Plus now I can go in and pick up my order quicker which helps if I’m running late. If I can just get this stuff through an IV that would be even better.
This location has set the standard for all other locations around the world. They have TOP NOTCH SERVICE and are always friendly. They ALWAYS take the time to get to know me if they are new and if they have not seen me in a while because I have been travelling or I have just been missing a specific persons shift then they notice right away when I’m back.
Always SUPER FRIENDLY and go the EXTRA MILE for customers not just me. They know all there regulars and what time we all normally come in. That is SOOOO WONDERFUL and adds that special touch. If you’re tired they get it and make sure to get your order right. Sometimes I come up with some new frappa latte mocha chai with a splash of green tea half soy half non-​fat extra hot no foam add whip add two shots of Gingerbread, a shot of espresso, and a shot of Jack Daniels crazy creations. Hahah! So for the times they mess up and who can blame them with some of the crazy orders they get, they APOLOGIZE and will remake your drink. I have had the newbies say taste it. If you don’t like it let me know and I can make it over. Such pride in their work.
They try to learn what customers like and eat so that the food is ALWAYS STOCKED. Even in the afternoons. I can go in and find something I like because they keep the place STOCKED! If you have EVER had to order food for a restaurant then you know that takes a lot of work because people’s taste change. They will go months eating the same thing and then all of a sudden they will make some radical change to something else or to nothing at all. This place does an AWESOME JOB at being able to read the ever changing minds, stomach and taste buds of their customers.
Through new management, trainees, store remodels, revolving holiday’s specials, menu changes, drink changes and updates and even my work schedule changes and crazy drink orders the they have NEVER FAILED me and I can go in get my cup of crack and be out to enjoy my day. There is NOTHING worse than me having to go to a NEW LOCATION and they get my order wrong, are not friendly, and just could give less than a damn if you like your drink or food purchase. Come here if your in the area they will keep you HAPPY!
This place and it’s staff ROCK!

It’s petty to hand out a single star for abysmal service, but I’m gonna do it, because this place has regularly made me late for work. I’m not talking «I left myself five minutes to get in and out» late, either, I really do mean I’ve waited upwards of ten or fifteen minutes going through their usually short line (at least they take the orders quickly) and then waiting for my drink. I don’t know what inspires this odd phenomenon, but I have an intense dislike of it.
One of my major complaints for Starbucks in general is that the quality is so inconsistent between locations. Yeah, yeah — human error. Still, I know they’re following a formula in making those drinks, so when something is really bitter or watery and tasteless, especially something seemingly simple (my go-​tos are chai tea lattes and vanilla lattes), it makes me doubly sore for having waited so long.
Note: This review is written at such time as I am truly a coffee zombie. Please forgive any extra snark or sass. I wouldn’t be this way… IF I HAD GOTTEN MY COFFEE SOONER.
