Starbucks

I don’t normally write reviews but I was obligated to write one for this location. I’ve had bad experiences at Starbucks in the past (Gold member for almost 4 years) but never felt this irritated before, even when I waited 30 – 40 minutes in a drive thru. In the past I have reloaded $ 10 in my card here, it charged my card but didn’t go into my card until 3 to 4 weeks later. I told myself that I was never going to come back here again. For convenience after buying groceries at Target, I decided to give it one more shot and get some coffee while I was already here. Bad decision. There were two workers at this time and one was holding up the register trying to scan 6 gift cards. Which is perfectly fine. There was another register but the girl in that back pretty much doing nothing did not start the register until asked to do so. The man in front of me (also waiting) and grinning at me because service was horrible had to get his coffee remade 2 times. Now I waited longer than this gentleman in order for them to get his drink right, and he was handed a «sorry card, next drinks on us» card that I did not get when I waited just as long. Which is also fine with me. I was skeptical and already waiting, so I decided to check my Starbucks phone app. My money had not yet been reloaded from todays purchase. I asked for my receipt and she threw it away without even asking me if I needed it and simply told me to refresh my phone. Here I am refreshing my phone 40 minutes later writing this Unilocal review with the money still not loaded into my account. By far the worst Starbucks i’ve been to over the past 6 years that i’ve been a regular Starbucks go to guy.

it’s located inside Target Building at the corner of Bloomfield Avenue and Delamo Avenue in Cerritos. The building is just next to Cerritos Regional Park.
For people who are making a regular walking, exercise, working out in the outdoor gym, playing basketball, jogging or cycling. Then this branch of Starbucks is the most accessible and perfect spot to have refreshments, coffee and other cold beverages to relax after park activities.
Since it’s inside target it can also be a good stop by place for cold/​hot coffee after grocery or shopping.
