I highly advise to avoid purchasing at this kiosk. My wife was convinced with aggressive and questionable sales tactics to purchase a few hundred dollars worth of products. The salesperson, Roberto, who by the way is the owner, showed her a site with prices much higher than what they were selling their products for. Quite honestly, I firmly believe this is a site they own and inflated prices to make their products look like a good deal. They were relentless in getting her to buy that Roberto would offer her additional products as «free throw ins» to get her to purchase. After spending $ 200 on a variety of products, my wife researched online to find that she over paid and the prices were overpriced. She called and called the number that was given to her and no one would answer and there was no voicemail. We went to the kiosk to only get rejected on a return because they DONOT take returns… wow!, how convenient! My wife reported them to the Cerritos Mall Management and found out they have already been warned for their shady sale tactics due to the ongoing complaints that’s been happening with this kiosk. We also found that there have been nation-wide complaints due to the same issues we are having. In addition, this company has changed their name multiple times with the same complaints regarding questionable sales tactics. This is an update to the above review… Last night, my wife called the number on the business card given to her by Roberto’s employees and my wife continously called until someone answered. The person who answered, who by the way had the same accent as Roberto, claimed she had the wrong phone number. She verified the number and it was the number on the business card. Tonight, my wife got a call from some Jonathan with a middle eastern accent from a 929−268−4415(Brooklyn Queens) number and claims he’s from corporate in Arizona. If you call the number from my wife’s phone, the number is blocked but if you call it on another line, it goes to someone’s voicemail speaking a middle eastern language. He asked her for her credit card information and home address and my wife questioned him about asking for the home address. She told him she’s looking to get credited for the purchase and they should have all her information and should be able to reverse the charges. He began to get nervous and said he’s mailing her some papers. She asked him what about the products? He said they don’t care about the products anymore. Now…that’s really creepy!
