In-N-Out Burger

Soo expect a line if u go to any in n out. Perfect spot to b honest but the only reason they got a 3 out of five was the customer service. We went thru drive through… first young lady very nice second as well. But last not so well we were trying to ask for napkins and yellow peppers to only get a look of annoyance and to b shot down that there r no more yellow peppers n can only give 3 napkins per burger. Your in n out really? To feel like we r being ignored then to get a snobby look makes me want to wait in a horrible lane down the st on Pioneer. Hate ur job? Get a new one!

I’ve stopped here a couple times. My last two visits were horrible! I stopped here one night & got the #1 protein style & by the time I got home & bit into my burger, it was still cold & pink! It was late so I didn’t want to drive back. A couple weeks ago my cousin & I stopped there for lunch & ate in the car. I was on my last bite of the burger when I noticed a strand of hair in between the meat & bun. Pulled it out & it was a black & gray strand. NEVER AGAIN am I eating at the Alondra location!

Ordered a cheeseburger and fries and in n out usually never disappoints, but today it was not so great. My fries were soggy and looked like they were barely cooked and this is the first time EVER my burger was pink inside. Gross! I was already home when I began eating so I couldn’t go back to return my food and I was so hungry that I ate it anyway, but definitely not going back to this location for awhile.

In-​N-​Out does NOT know what we’ll done means! This has happened twice already. I drive thru and come home and not into my burger and you can see pink! The first time I threw away my burger and this time I went back to get my meat cooked the way I requested!
This have never happened to me at any other location. If you want well done, check before you leave. Disappointed and irritated customer!

Great new addition to the area! It is extremely clean and one of the fastest inn n outs I have ever been to, even when the line is around the corner! I appreciate this and of course the food is delicious!

Great location for an IN-​N-​OUT! The staff was friendly and the restaurant is new with plenty of seating available. Compared to other In-​N– Outs, this location actually has parking available without creating chaos. Both the drive thru and the inside of the restaurant are fast. The staff is always fully equipped with their gear.
Order items: Grilled Cheese with animal style fries and a cheese burger.
Where do I begin. My entire experience was a satisfying one here. The food was nice and warm, with nicely cooked burgers. The fries were perfectly seasoned with jus the right amount of dressing to make them animal style. The grilled cheese was also made to perfection. The food was absolutely delicious.
Overall great first experience for this particular location. The inside is spacious with plenty of seating and the staff is fast and friendly. The food is always great, so I cant wait to be back for more.

The food is consistently good at any in and out in California. The double double and a cheeseburger were both perfect. The fries are delicious when they’re warm but not too good once they cool off, so you have to eat them quick.

This location opened up down the street from my humble abode about 5 months ago which is good and bad for me. The positive is In n Out in my opinion consistently delivers the best fast food hamburger in the business and for an unbelievably affordable price. This new location is so much better suited for the crowds of fans (customers) than the other nearby location. The parking lot and drive thru design has a efficient flow and there are no lines of cars going onto the street.
The staff is young, energetic, and friendly. The dining area is clean and there are ample tables inside and out to accommodate the crowds.
*get your burger «animal style» with sliced chiles… so good!

Number #1 animal style sub Neapolitan shake for drink! Always good! I go to the one in HB and Cerritos, they both are consistent and service is the same. Luv me some in and out!

The service at this particular location is lacking at best. The staff seems to just want to play around instead of doing actual work which is odd to see for an In-​N-​Out.
I went between rush times so it wasn’t busy but was fully staffed. I watched my burged sit on the counter by the dry girl who was too busy talking and goofing off with other staff members to serve up some the frys. My order say for 10 minutes waiting for her to put frys in it.
Its really sad to see because In-​N-​Out always had great staff but this particular location is more concerned with goofing off and flirting than doing the job they are paid for.
I’ll drive the extra distance to either the Long Beach Towne Center, Norwalk or Lakewood locations and get actual good service.

No surprises with the food at this In-​N-​Out; you get exactly what you expect.
They have a bit of a maze to get to the drive-​thru but it’s necessary to keep the line of cars from backing up into the street. The only issue I have is that this location — right next to Cerritos College — means it is insanely busy during the day. There’s a constant line of backpack-​toting students and a battle to find a place to sit. Which rules this place out if you are in need of a quick lunch.

For those of you who don’t know, In-​N-​Out is legit good! I came here the weekend that this place opened, and I have to admit that I’ve always been a huge fan of their burgers!
All of the employees are super friendly, which is what is expected at every location. They were also handing out hats, and stickers to anyone who wanted some.
I would definitely come back here to eat more of their delicious burgers! Bonus points that this place has an actual sit down area inside.

Because I live in the area, I’ve actually been avoiding this location! Well, tonight I caved and I’m in heaven! I get my #2 protein style burger with extra onions, extra spread and double wrapped. To top it off, the animal style fries are always bomb. I always share the fries though because I can never finish them and I don’t want to waste of course!
Being brand new, everything inside and out is in pristine condition. Staff is friendly and helpful!

New in n out in cerritos! Can’t go wrong with in n out except maybe the long lines. I’m waiting in the drive thru line as I’m writing this review haha. Lots of cars ahead of me, but this location definitely is accommodating to the drive thru unlike the cypress location on valley view.
Can’t wait for my burger! My mouth is watering as I steadily approach the window to pay. Getting the usual, double double protein style, no spread, yes onions, yes ketchup and mustard. So close and yet so far away from my burger –_-;

A new In N Out location we happened to drive by while in the area.
Service was exceptional as always, they hire the best staff.
Restaurant spotless, I don’t know how they manage with the crowds to keep it this clean.
they have a drive thru as well as dine in, which we did.
Plenty of seating, our food came out quickly and the order correct, no matter how complicated, love that!
Prices are more than fair, this is really THE best fast food burger chain ever!

Everyone knows that catchy little jingle, and you know you start singing along, even when you try to fight it…“In-N-Out, that’s what a hambuuurrrggeeerr is allll about!” Well, now In-​N-​Out has made landfall next to UCLA (that’s the University of Cerritos, Left on Alondra. we came up with that when I was in HS. don’t hate! xP) Anyhow, it’s true, there’s a BRAND SPANKIN NEW burger joint taking up residency at the old Spires location in the little shopping center with Home Depot and 24hr Fitness. And it’s not even close to being as packed as the Lakewood location. erm, yet. It’s located on the right side on Alondra just east of the 605 Fwy, before Studebaker. You can’t miss the giant famous logo on the side of the building, or the snazzy neon lights that bathe the building in a soft and glowy shade of red. It’s fantastic really, because it’s still so new that there’s NO LINE. Yes, I really said no lines at an In-​N-​Out.
On the way home from LA Haunted Hayride, BF and I were starving. Deciding that we needed sustenance before we got home, the choice fell on the newest location as I happened to see the sign from. well the freeway! So we stopped in, and figured it would be hella packed, but to my surprise, it was far from that! Yes, it’s a Wednesday night, but I still was expecting more than 6 – 7 patrons. Hmm, maybe in the summer that will change? I’m sure during the school year it’s busy during normal hours. The parking lot is kind of confusing, as it wraps around, and there is only one exit back on to the street. The lot itself was actually really well lit, nice and bright. The best part was that they have an outdoor seating area with like 7 – 8 tables. And it’s covered seating! Again, another plus over the Lakewood location. The inside has the same amount of seating as the LBTC location, with the possibility of having more wheel chair/​handicap-​friendly seating available (^_​^) always a good thing.
The menu is your standard In-​N-​Out 1−2−3 and then like the shakes and stuff. Obviously I love In-​N-​Out (I wear the crown in Lakewood lol it’s my local one!) so I will say that the food was super fresh, I literally sat there and watch a team of like 10 employees prepping my order and that of the drive thru, and patrons who came in after us. They moved pretty fast and I noticed the drive thru is only one lane, but it went really fast! So good to know that so far the employees are on top of getting your grub to you while it’s the tastiest LOL I thinks we only waited maybe 10 – 15 minutes for our order? Which is far better than the wait time at LBTC and Lakewood at the moment… You really can’t go wrong with anything on their menu, they are a chain restaurant so I’m sure everyone’s heard how absolutely amazing they are. Oh, and that we all love their food! (^_​^)
So for now, it’s 5 awesome stars! I’ll have to come back a few times during, well, «normal» busy hours and see how the wait time/​service fairs then, and follow up with an updated post! For now, high 5 In-​N-​Out and welcome to Cerritos!!! \(^_^)/

Great as always and they redid large parts of the parking lot to accommodate the increased traffic. Great to have a sit-​down In-​N-​Out in the Norwalk/​Cerritos area!
The influence in the Pioneer Blvd location less than 2 miles away will be interesting but I suspect both locations will be constantly busy.

Of course this place is going to have 5 stars because they just opened up on October 23^rd! The location is right off the 605 freeway and Alondra, so it’s location is in an area that’s often busy. BUT, because there’s a big parking lot in that area, the traffic can be diverted easily. Thankfully, there’s an exit right by the drive-​thru.
The staff is wonderful and lit looks like every other In-​N-​Out restaurant that I’ve been to.

We all know it’s obviously amazing !
But come on get it together, isn’t it called «in & out»? It’s more like in for 25 minutes to wait for your food !
