I went to charlotte rouse and browsed around, picked a couple of outfits and went to the fitting room. The lady working at the fitting room said they could not let me use the handicap fitting room because if a handicap person came they would get in trouble. (No one handicap came in while I was in the store) I have been here a tons of time where they have allowed me to go in with my baby in his stroller to the handicap room.
So she told me I could either go into the normal room or leave my baby and his stroller outside. (Also at the time my baby was SLEEPING in his stroller and regardless he can not stand or walk since he is only 7 months old). I am not willing to leave my baby outside just to try on a piece of clothing. I pushed his stroller in but could barely close the door and the mirror was covered by his stroller, so in the end it was pointless to even try it on.
The other worker in the shoe area was very friendly and helpful though.

Cute clothes, a good selection of club wear and casual stuff. There is a lot of nice stuff in the clearance section on the back. I have no complaints about the customer service here because it’s pretty good for the most part. The fitting rooms are in the back and there is a couch to sit on which I have used a few times while my daughters shop.
I get many compliments on my dresses a I wear, people ask me where a I get my stuff at all the time and usually my club dresses are from here. The selection is better online though. Thanks!

I had a great experience at Charlotte Russe buying shoes for my winter formal. The attendant that helped me was so sweet, caring, and helpful. I don’t know her name but I could describe her. She had bangs and a piercing in the middle of her bottom lip. Without her help I wouldn’t have been able to decide on my shoes! Thank you so much for all of your help :) ps the shoes are bogo $ 10 such a great deal!

The prices are great here but the quality looks kinda cheap. My niece came here for some everyday clothes she can throw around and abuse… High schoolers with a wardrobe they don’t care about, i tell ya. But she bought some boots — they have really great deals on boots and if they are not the best of quality they sure can get away with looking like they have quality because they were kinda cute! Stylish! The sale is buy 1 get the second pair for $ 10. She got a steal!

I love the staff here, very attentive and happily ran down all options to obtain a discount that they were currently running. Only thing is some of the materials are very low quality. YOU SHOULD GIVE AN ITEM A ONCE OVER FOR SNAGS ETC! Other than that I like this place.

I normally come to this store because I love shopping and most of their clothes. However the clothes are normally misplaced, and the store itself is VERY messy and NOT organized! What makes it all worse is their manager Cinthia. When I was inquiring about some pricing to the sales girl who was ringing up (items that where in the wrong place with a discounted price) Cinthia in a very rude tone told the sales girl «I’ll deal with this one» meaning myself!!! NO EDUCATION!!!

I bought an item at this store and then attempted to return it for a refund because it did not fit. The cashier never bothered to let me know that they don’t give refunds for sales items. And by the way the policy isn’t even written on my receipt. A manager at another Charlotte Russe would not honor the refund even because of their «lack of training.» What a joke of a clothing chain.
Now I have a pair of pants that are just taking up space in my room and a charge on my credit card that was a complete waste.
I will never shop there again. Guaranteed.

Make sure you love what you buy and try it on first.
With so many other shops in this mall, you really do have a choice to find better quality or a better price.
I am only a fan of CR because of the Short Length jeans.
I’m not a fan of the employees that bunch up and hide in the fitting rooms.

the workers here jip you off by not giving you back the right change. especially if you’re young and don’t count your change, the workers «pretend» they gave you the right change and will walk off on you. so MAKE SURE you check your receipt and get the right amount of change.
also… one time i asked for how much the flip flops were they told me it was «$ 18.99»… the next day i came, they said it was «$ 14.99»… so watch out.
