I first went here early 2015, and my experience was unequivocally a 5 star experience. My brother and I spent about $ 40 on a great looking arrangement for our mom, and she absolutely loved it. The flowers were fresh and top-​notch, I couldn’t be more satisfied with my purchase.
However, as mentioned by other Unilocalers, this place changed ownership late 2015. I came by last Valentine’s Day to get my girlfriend some flowers. Usually I go online to Pro Flowers to order flowers but I was running short on time (I procrastinated, shame on me). I walked in and noticed that the flowers did not quite look as good as last time, but I’m not a connoisseur in this area so I figured it was just my imagination. Anyway, I spent $ 30 on an arrangement and a vase with less than 10 flowers. When I went to get flowers for my mom, the original owner let me pick and choose the flowers I wanted and let me exchange them for ones I wasn’t crazy about. My girlfriend likes tulips so I asked the florist if I could have a couple tulips. She told me that she usually charged an extra fee to do that, but she’ll let it slide — that was a positive. It was too late to turn back and not make the purchase, so I spent the $ 30 on a so-​so looking arrangement.
Overall, with the price I paid, I usually get a significant amount of flowers online. However, I got less than 10 flowers that were okay, but not great. I really liked this place before, but I’m not a big fan of the new ownership.

This place is great! I came in last minute & they were helpful, polite & accommodating. They were able to prepare beautiful white flower arrangement for me. Highly recommend.

My son and I just picked up his corsage/​boutonnière for Prom! What do I say? OMG I am totally disappointed at their work… frankly it looks exactly like an elementary school project work!!! No aesthetic sense at all !! My advice to all– Please have them show you a picture of what they are going to do ahead of time to avoid the mishap that we went through. We were on a time crunch… it was a big mistake relying on their word of mouth that they’ll make it look beautiful, which was just the opposite that we got!
Extremely disappointed and unhappy!

Let me start by saying found out ownership changed sometime late summer 2015.
Order: Two dozen long stem red roses.
I wanted to order some flowers for Valentine’s Day, so I called ahead and inquired about store hours as I wanted to come in on a Sunday about two weeks prior to the 14^th. I was told they would be open, showed up and they were closed.
Let that one pass, and tried calling in the order instead. After placing the order and providing cc information, I kept checking my statement to see no charges.
To ensure my order went through, finally made it to the store while they were open. They had not confirmed the order, and if I had not gone to the store in person, I would have not had my order fulfilled on the day I needed them.
Thanks to my own due diligence, order was confirmed and paid for.
Show up morning of, to pick up my order. Store isn’t really that busy, owner seems a little frantic. She has a few kids working for her who really don’t seem like they want to be there. Anyways, they bring out my flowers and tell me that I can pick a card out of this giant box.
Flowers looked decent, but petals have already started to die, and the water was pretty brown. I didn’t want to say anything because I didn’t have the time to spare.
The owner did notice some of the petals dying and just plucked them off.
I leave to deliver the flowers.
As I sit in my car about to fill out the card, I’ve come to realize it was already used and filled out.
Not the biggest deal, so I trash it.
That’s when I start to look at the flowers more. I must have counted them 3 – 4 times. There were only 23 roses. I had ordered and paid for TWO dozen and paid the holiday premium.
I’m deeply sad the ownership changed, never ran into problems like this before.

I’ve been through a good amount of the local florists in the 562 area and I have yet to choose a usual spot until I started going here a few weeks ago. I’ve come here and there to pick up flowers for my girlfriend, mom, etc. and Charlene has always come to help me pick out beautiful flowers fitting for whatever occasion.
During Valentine’s Day (yesterday), the store was extremely busy, but the staff was very able to satisfy all customers in a timely manner as I waited for assistance. Charlene again helped me out for the holiday and helped me choose out a gorgeous bouquet of roses. Her product and expertise are amazing! I will definitely keep on coming back here whenever in need of flowers.

Arrived here at almost closing time to get my mom some flowers for her birthday. It was a cute little flower shop and everyone there was so helpful. I got a bouquet of flowers with a vase and it looked awesome. Will come back again and recommend to friends thanks!

Charlene was so incredibly accommodating for my last minute request for my mom’s birthday flowers. She OVER-​delivered my expectations and went above and beyond to make my orchid arrangement a special one.
Charlene offered to send me a picture of the arrangement since I was a long-​distance order. When I asked her to modify just the simple ribbon originally attached, she blew me away with another picture of the completed arrangement with not only a new ribbon, but added an extra stem!
Charlene made a simple request into one that is now very memorable and I will be very happy to order more flowers for future occasions! She is so sweet and has made a normally difficult process into one that is seamless, quick, and enjoyable!

Alright so I’m walking up to the shop when I realize it’s closed but the little Asian lady inside opens the door for me anyways and takes me inside. In about ten minutes she finished and was extremely helpful. The prices were not too bad at all. I payed $ 30 for easily $ 50 worth of flowers!

Best customer service! I came in on a Friday afternoon and was greeted by the kindest florist. She helped me decide on a beautiful bouquet for just $ 30! The details to the arrangement to the elegant wrapping made the flower arrangement very special. She even gave me a beautiful Hermosa rose for celebrating an accomplishment myself! I came here the other day to pick some flowers up for my mom. I got 6 sunflowers and other filling pieces. I wish I had gotten her name, but the girl who helped was very very very considerate!!! They all seemed like that as well and I was very pleased for my first visit. They treat you so well, it’s unbelievable. The florist gave the sunflowers such a vintage look! Come here! You won’t regret it.

Posted hours are 9am-​5pm and they are closed at 1pm. Thanks for letting me drive here for nothing

Got my wife a beautiful bouquet for Mother’s Day. I came back on Wednesday to get some flower food and the Nari asked if I live close by. I said yes and she told me to just bring it back in. She freshened up the flowers, trimmed them and added a bit more greens and I walked out with what looked like a brand new bouquet.
They always have a great selection of pre made arrangements ready to go and Nari is great at putting together custom bouquets.
I’ve come hear for years and always get just what I need when I need it

Got my wedding flowers done by Cerritos Hills Florist. Gave them a budget and an idea of what I wanted. and they executed everything perfectly! THIS is THE florist to use if you are in the Cerritos area. They are very helpful, friendly, and have good prices. The flowers are top quality and they create beautiful arrangements. Every time I have used them the recipients have always been very pleased.
