The owner is hard to read at first and can come off as unfriendly but she really is nice. She was able to take in my son’s halloween costume for alterations two days before I needed it. I requested that she not cut the material when hemming so I can remove it when my son grows into it. Although it would be easier and faster to cut, she was able to accommodate my request. When picking up the costume, she said I could bring it back after halloween and she’ll remove hem for free and gave me some great care tips as well.

Really bad craftsmanship here… the alteration she did for me was not straight, tried again second time and still not straight… horrible service here. The lady doesn’t have a sense of proportion and knowledge about alteration at all… Do not bring your nice clothes here for alteration

Awful. I have gone here for a couple of years, but lately things have gone just awful. I had 2 pairs of pants hemmed and she charged me $ 16. OK I understand that. But the hem was only half way done. I took in 2 suits(2 pairs of pants and 2 jackets) to give her one more shot, she argued with me about taking in the jackets and when I was about to leave she said fine she would do it. I went to pick them up and she charged me $ 60. So 1 week it’s $ 8 per pair of pants and $ 22 per jacket. That is absolutely ridiculous. I have a feeling that she charged me extra just for arguing. I will NEVER go here again.
