BJ Uniform

First time here. Horrible selection… Don’t waste your time. I can’t figure out how a place like this stays open. You advertise something and don’t have it SMH

I just had the most unfortunate experience at BJ’S uniform. We purchased $ 90+ of merchandise. 2 pair of khaki dickies and several other school items. Took them home, washed everything, unfortunately both pair of dickie pants each had 2 stickers on them, which did not come out in the wash. We took them back to the store along with the original receipt. The store owner/​clerk said we cannot take these back, why you didn’t have the stickers? We only do exchange! We then said we would exchange for something else, since we had to run out that evening to purchase pants for my son at a different location for his new school the next day, we no longer needed pants, but would get a couple additional shirts. She rudely said «oh no we don’t take back without the stickers», and pushed the pants back to me. I did say, I was not happy and if this is their policy, I will not be shopping here again, and I will speak of the poor customer service. She said, yes ok, andturnedherbacktome. Wow, I have shopped here for many years, but will no longer go back.
