Was not impressed, my sister in law and I went in today to inquire about wedding costs and bouquets and when we entered the lady was on her phone taking a personal call (which is fine, give or take a few minutes) however after waiting for about 15 minutes and listening to her phone drama. She finally got off the phone and came out to us. You could tell she was distracted and immediately she asked when my wedding was and said that she had someone coming in this Saturday with the same wedding date as me and she can not book more than one wedding and continued to go on about why she couldn’t. Not once did she ask what colors I thought about or which flowers I liked. The whole thing was very rushed and I could tell she had no desire to help me at the time. She was distracted came off rude and very unprofessional. I will not be going through her for my wedding flowers instead I immediately went to Yonans floral in Turlock and the customer service comparison was like night and day!

Great customer service! Always delivers fresh beautiful flowers! We recently ordered flowers for a family funeral. They were beautiful! I have also ordered roses in the past for a cake topper, also beautiful! My sisters wedding flowers were also breath taking! Definitely great customer service!

Definite recommendation… the florist was polite and helpful. We were there for no more than 25 minutes yet walked out with a beautiful rose/​Ecuadorian lilies bouquet. What else can I say about this business? Uh, the inside/​outside appearance is decent. I’ll be coming back for sure (if I’m in town).
