Nice store, nice staff, sucky location. I have punched many items for my pool here though & have been happy with my purchases. Their deals on rafts for floating were awesome. My husband and I got a two person raft & it was around $ 40 & perfect size with an ice chest. It was a rest but in my opinion.

I really don’t understand Big 5.
This store seemed well-organized but didn’t have many customers. In many ways, they carry the same things that Target, Walmart, and Kmart have but at higher prices.
I looked at the clearance shoes and didn’t find anything in my size but that happens too often in most stores. In general, the chain doesn’t have a lot of shoes to offer. It seems to be more about camping gear with some exercise equipment.
They had some surprising deals on items that I already had bought at a higher price.
I really didn’t expect the store to be so nice, but it’s probably the nicest location I’ve visited so far.

An awesome store with great management and employees we had crappy service at the dale rd store and decided to give this one a chance and they way over did it with a clean store no boxes or ladders in the way of shopping employees that all smiled and came looking for you to ask if you needed help not like Jennifer in the dale rd store that tried to hide and then was snotty with me when I asked for help anyway back to this store they had everything we needed and then some lol we went in for a pair of shoes and found them and bought three hydration packs also thank you big 5 Ceres on hatch rd you guys are awesome we will be back even tho we don’t come down here very often

My daughter went to exchange a pair of shoes she had purchase the day before. The young man in the shoe department was very nice and got the shoes from the back. We went to the front to exchange them. We waited in line a long time. No one apologized for our wait or anything. The cashier couldn’t understand why we were exchanging them for the same shoe. Called the manager and he looked at them and told her why. My daughter had a receipt and was treated very rude. Another clerk apologized to the lady behind us for the long wait. The only thing we could think of the rudeness was because we were the only white shoppers. I will never shop at this store!!!
