This store is huge and for no reason because there is just a bunch of junk in it. This company owns brands like north face, nautical, kiplinger, seven jeans, timberland and vans yet you will not find any of these brands here. They have a huge wrangler and lee jeans area— who wear those??? And a large ladies underwear dept. I guess there is a huge need For granny panties here in Centralia.

If you like Wrangler jeans, they have a nice selection of them, but my grip, its not as easy to go see your size then it is at other stores, as other places its in order of size, here its all messed up(at least the day I was here) The prices seemed reasonable, they also have other stuff like shirts and belts and misc. stuff. Overall, it’s ok, but I doubt I would come back here.

The prices are good, sometimes I find something I like sometimes I can’t find anything. The reason I am bothering with a review is based on the customer service I received today. Donald was wonderful by the fitting room, very polite and enthusiastic and willing to help. I had to bother him several times and each time he was funny and on the ball. Spencer checked me out, and again very polite and helpful. If they hate their jobs, which I did when I worked retail, they don’t let it show a bit. No one helped me while I was shopping, in fact no one approached me at all. I didn’t need help, so that’s fine. Anyways… these two gentleman deserve some recognition. Good job boys!

I started with 4 stars and took it down to one. The place is large and has a great selection or jeans and other products with what seems to be a fair price. HOWEVER — first of all the staff is less than not helpful — they don’t seem to care. The ladies room was a disaster with Poop on the floor. When I reported it to an employee she said«Yes we know and are trying to get someone to clean it up». How long does that take. The men’s room was not a lot better. NEXT — is everyone in the store hard of hearing? If not — after working there they will be. They had some sports game on FULL blast. What is this a sports bar? I am hard of hearing and it was too loud for me. Not sure how that is an incentive to shop. Finally — check outs — I stood in front of the register(only one open) and waited for the person to finish — as I walked up — I was told the line starts down there. Hmmmm wouldn’t a sign be an idea — their cattle walk is hidden by all the impulse things they want you to buy. I was now behind other people that know the system and went to the correct place. Now I am tense, upset by the loud speaker and have to wait and wait. Only one register. Not worth the experience

I think this place is sneaky. On the surface level, it’s for cowboys and old women… and anybody large. You have to have an open mind. I have found awesome button-ups and jeans that are more durable than what you would buy at other outlets or full price stores. Clothes made by wrangler are durable. You can by denim and shirts that are thick quality cotton and COOL! It’s also hard to find the polyester wranglers in other stores in a variety of colors, but you can here. This place is not just for old people, but for younger people with old souls.

I’ll give it a 3 because prices were pretty good. Nobody in my family tends to wear any of the brands sold here… I picked up a couple of items for less than $ 10.

I came for jeans and left with a new three-piece suit! Rummaging through my closet, I realized I only had one pair of jeans and they were torn up and trashed. So, off to the VF Outlet we went. I had never been there before but they carry Lee, Wrangler, Vanity Fair, JanSport, and more. When I walked into the store I was surprised at the quality and variety of items– sunglasses, backpacks, dress shirts, jeans, sport coats, dress slacks, etc. As I walked toward the back of the store I saw a whole rack of Joseph Abboud suits. I have too many suits as it is, so I just looked to check out the price. $ 40.00 for all three pieces!!! What!!! Suit coat was $ 20; pants $ 11.00; and vest $ 8.00. I walked out of the VF Outlets 20 minutes later with two pairs of jeans and a three piece suit for a grand total of $ 60.00! I don’t think it is possible to do better! From now on I am going to do a monthly VF Outlet visit to check out the deals!
