Gbeto’s Bakery

A delightful surprise with an enormous piñata collection. Great traditional baked Mexican goods with a few twists which make for an all around great selection.
The owner is nicer than nice and walked us through every item in the two cases. We walked out with 7 pastries and a ham and cheese croissant for $ 8.

I didn’t want to write this review because I didn’t want others to know about this amazing bakery in Centralia! I wanted it to be my little secret! However for the greater good of society and Gbeto’s business, I am writing this review of a great bakery.
I first saw this gem on Tower while driving home. It is open ALL the time, though the owner says only from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm. You might ask, what kind of bakery stays open that late? A good one that caters to sugar creatures and bread eaters! I actually took some into Bub’s Pub next door to eat. (another review!)
Gbeto’s has pastries, doughnuts, breads, cakes, and whatever you may want them to make for you. Some of it I recognize and others were Spanish and I just grabbed to try.
Everything tasted fresh and was reasonably priced. Well, the prices were so good that I thought I should be wearing a ski mask walking out with all those goodies.
I highly recommend trying this bakery! Support a great business! And satisfy your sugar and carbohydrate craving!!!
