One star is really too high a rating for Crystal Springs water. We’ve been a customer since they started home delivery and really have enjoyed the water and the delivery service. However, their accounting department and customer service leaves much to be desired. Consistently, in the past two years, one or two times per year, in spite of our diligence with monthly payments, CS seems to come up with a «missed payment» and accompanying late fee. Even though we can prove with cancelled, on time checks, we are threatened with being sent to collections, so we pay it.(my husband loves the convenience). Each time, we have attached letters with documentation with no response. We will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau, Consumer Protection, and are canceling our delivery as of today.
