They used to be at the outlet mall I think, moved here some 8 years or so ago. Its a larger location. Parking here is easier too, but of course its not in the mall, so its a special stop if in the area. Eileen Fisher outlet stores have nice clothes and often have all sizes available. The changing rooms here are very easy to use, and that’s always nice. 3 stars for a chain.

Very friendly and helpful staff! thank you Jennifer and the lady with black glasses(sorry I forgot to ask your name but you helped me locating two sweaters from sacaccus store)! If you’ve been to the sacaccus store, you’d have an idea what is like to shop at Woodbury store, the staff at Woodbury are soooooo much nicer and professional !

i have been going to eileen fisher sales since the ones on east ninth street. now, when i go to woodbury/harriman, i don’t even have to bother with woodbury common. i get all my clothes at eileen fisher. i think it’s funny that people complain about not being helped, i get helped too much, i wish they would leave me alone, i really do. there’s one person who works there who i think is borderline psycho, but i like all the rest of them. i always find more clothes than i need or ought to buy, and the original retail prices i find are just ridiculous. i like the fact that the sizes are so generous, also they frequently have storewide sales of say twenty percent off absolutely everything. you can get something truly weird for four or five dollars. also, you get five dollars each for any old used eileen fisher clothes you return. i try to stay away from things like jeans and tailored slacks, which never work out, and wool, which doesn’t survive my laundry processes. but i will snap up any and all coats i find there. sometimes i hate the color range, but eventually that stuff will get very cheap, twenty or thirty dollars, and then i will buy it and dye it. as i write, the whole store is shades of blue and grey, and white and black, and i want it all. my favorite are the photography-printed silks. i think it’s much better quality-vs.-price than a store like jjill. i have finally figured out that someone like i am, who loves clothes but is somewhat clueless, needs to be able to layer in order to get a decent effect, and this store is good for that. there, they told me that as a fan i ought to go see the place they call ‘the lab’ but I haven’t gotten a chance yet.

I have read some reviews here that complain about customer service and the high prices and would like to comment. First I have gone to this store a couple of times a year since they were in the actual Woodbury outlet area. I have always gotten excellent service when I needed it. I don’t expect such full service in an outlet store. If I need help choosing outfits I will go to a regular retail store. An outlet is for searching and hopefully finding some bargains. Even though I know all outlets now have clothes made just for that store and the prices are never as cheap as you would want. At Eileen Fisher outlet I have gotten beautiful clothes at great prices and some others that were closer to regular store sale prices and even some that were almost full price. And I have always found some that were $ 59 or $ 79 that were over $ 200 retail. But I always know the quality is the same whatever I pay. The fabrics are wonderful and the clothes will last much longer than others.

Prices are reduced, but still rather high. Customer service is non-existent. I was shopping for about an hour, tried on several things, and was never approached or spoken to while in the store. Four salespeople… I was invisible! I like Eileen Fisher clothes, but I’m going to think twice before I go to this outlet shop again. Overall experience was awful!

Selection is large, though not for larger sizes. Store is pleasant. Prices though marked down are still high; small selection of «bargains» — marked down sale items. I went several months ago and the service was excellent — the workers bringing me new items to try with what I liked, including happily items I would not have thought to select on my own, helped complete outfits, and hanging around or returning to comment or add another item. Delightful and I left the store happy with a very full shopping bag of new clothes. Two days ago was the opposite. 3 workers standing at the register chatting and neglectful. I had to call out and request help. One got me an item but when she disappeared I asked another she said it must have been another worker and took no further action. I bought a couple items and left kinda irked. Big selection but it’s a much better experience when they are helpful, especially because even with the markdowns prices are still fairly high.

Six ladies shopping, four employees standing around the register laughing and chatting. Not one hello to me, not one may I help you nor one thanks. If I wanted to be ignored I would just shop the EF store at The Westchester where at least bad treatment is a given. So I put back what I would have purchased and will get online instead if I can get past the fact that most of their garments are made in China, are way overpriced for what they are and when I can wear a small, well that I will take! ;)))

This place was totally worth the trip. Better than Secaucus. This place had great deals and it was near Woodbury commons without being inside it so if you wanted to go to the outlets you could but if you did not want to deal with the traffic/crowds you could kind of avoid it. They also has some gently used items there called«lab» donated and cleaned and their sale benefits a foundation for women and girls. It was a good experience and I will go again for sure.
