One star for Amanda that works there-​everything out of her mouth is a no or bossy, rude, unhelpful. She lacks basic customer service. She should work at the DMV with that attitude, crude & very unclassy with her interaction with the customers. I didn’t even talk to her, but it upset me that way she was talking to customers, really bothered me so I thought I’d write this review to help you steer clear of her! Otherwise, sweet deals on bebe merchandise!

My oh my did my BFF and I have a GREAT time for our first visit to Woodbury Commons!
The one sore spot must be mentioned. I spent a bit of time browsing at the 2b bebe store and found most of the staff to be quite nice. This is not about race, however, there were two young hispanic/​latino ladies in the fitting area who went above and beyond helping me with my selections. These included a pair of last season winter pumps that were missing the SKU #. A manager came back and proceeded to find a similar shoe at an amazing price — they were clearly scrubbed and not in tiptop shape.
Everything went to hell when we got to the register. The young very petite white woman was incredibly rude and snobbish. She refused to take the price from the previous lady and instead insisted on looking the shoe up. This is fine with me but her attitude was untenable. She took a long time and didn’t bother to speak directly to me. She then spent over ten minutes looking for something that had already been done by someone else for no reason she felt she needed to share with me. Nor did she apologize for the confusion/​wait. I have done CS for over six years and know when the staff is treating me badly — as she was doing. Just rude!
I decided to leave the shoe and my other purchases there after being treated so poorly. I promptly went to Nine West around the corner and purchased 7 pairs of shoes the same day — the entire staff there was great as was the selection. While there, discussing my experience, it turns out that other shoppers experienced the same thing I did. Really?! Smh. I sincerely hope that she was not a manager.

Unbelievable deals here. Store is overpacked, so plan to spend time in here if you like bebe…
