The driver arrived 20 mins early and left 20 mins early. He left passengers waiting, and refused to return for them. The driver was rude when it was pointed out he had not adhered to the new schedule, even though customers were there with plenty of time to spare. He cost me several hundred dollars by his actions. Many complaints filed, however no one in the company responded. Th! ey have treated me like I did not exist. It was unfortunate, as I have used the same company many times before. As a single mom, having to pay a cab in excess of two hundred to get me to the airport on time was more than I could afford, but had to pay it regardless. My job requires travel. I had to pay a fee for a late flight b/​c the cab could not drop everything to take me right that minute. Serious issues are arising now b/​c of the money I had to dip into. Shame on this company. Shame.
