Excellent food and attentive service. This is a favorite spot for us. We’ve tried almost everything on the menu and all is either good or terrific. Friendly owners and specials are always available. Really good phad Thai. Yum, yum!

Love this place. Although«real» Thai doesn’t exist in Medford, this comes close and everything I’ve had here is very good, and attractively presented. The outside looks run down and shabby, but the inside is ok and the staff are super nice. It’s my favorite Thai place around here.

Fortunately I’m a fool for edible thai or phat si io or pad see ew or tom yummy yum soup + dive spots which Mai Thai captures on a fault. A Central Point«survival Thai» that’s fine when you need a fix. Digs: A few loved or abused decorations scattered among the blank walls from Thailand? of a gutted house possibly; kids of the family business scream in the backroom while watching tv; the seating arrangement is small but it’s not a well-know hole so there’s no worry for a wait; Ate: Pad See Ew — straight forward; slightly more greasy then plates before it; eggs, broccoli, large rice noodles, and optional meat topping(chicken) — satisfying; Tom Yum — A spicy soup broth with prawns swimming and large vegetables challenging to recognize; Service: A family businesses sometimes needs to deal with issues(which we experienced)…disciplining their children; Overall: It’s far from the best in the valley *cough* Siam Café *cough* thus far, but it’s a convenient pickup or stop which people sometimes prefer in a little/big town such as Medford. I would not speak of this place unless spoken to, but it’s .5 miles away. Again I’m a sucker for neglected holes(innuendos if needed).

Excellent Thai Food! Yum! I had the Pumpkin Curry which was amazing and just the right amount of spicy. The menu is chalked full of typos and misspellings, such as «Chicken Bearst» and«Orange Grave» but… thats how I knew it would be good stuff… and I was right! Give it a try!

I got the lunch order of Pad Thai with chicken, and that came with a spring roll for $ 6.95. The spring roll was about 3 inches long… pretty disappointed there. The chicken looked like the cheap parts you buy at the discount store and tasted like it was boiled… no actual chicken flavor was left. The noodles were super greasy and I ended up with quite the pool of grease in my box when I was done. The whole meal was pretty bland. The were very sparing with the sauce… if they used any at all. My family got red and yellow curry and loved it, so maybe I got unlucky on my choice of meal.

From the outside it doesn’t look like anything fancy, but the food was fresh and delicious! Very reasonably priced for the quality of the food. We will definitely be back.

I am what you would call a regular. I eat here at least once a week. The veggies are always fresh and the staff is really friendly. Their pricing is very affordable for some of the best food Central Point has to offer.

Delicious food, super friendly service, comfortable atmosphere! If you want it spicy or more traditional Thai just ask the waitress. More than accommodating to our needs and tastes. It’s a family owned business with husband, wife, and children helping. If you want to eat at a relaxing place, with super friendly service, and great food at an affordable price then this place is a must!

Quite Delicious! Went with a date and had a couple Thai Iced Teas(yummy), a bowl of Tom Yum Kung(spicy soup), Pad Thai noodles and Spicy Beef Salad. I’d give it two thumbs up!

Don’t let the façade deceive you. Friendly & great food. I would highly recommend this Thai restaurant & will dine there again when I pass thru Central Point.

Authentic, fresh Thai food made to order. No dish is pre cooked which explains the wait being a little longer than a normal restaurant even when they are slow. The wait is well worth it. I recommend the pork Phad Gra Tien made«a little spicy» which has a pretty good kick to it.

Mai Thai rocks, only good and authentic Thai cuisine in medford area; well worth the drive to Central Point. Ambience not so hot but who needs ambience when you have good food. Very affordable and make sure you tell them sweet and mild on the spicy dishes because they are big on spicy. Sweet and mild gets you perfect balance of sweet and spice. The owners are an awesome couple, very friendly. Ps. I say 5 stars with caveat; good as it gets in rogue valley.

Been a while since my first review but I decided to go here again with a friend because the food was excellent the first time I went here. Things must have really gone down hill since then. The Pad thai tasted very dry and bland. Service was horrible and took them forever just to fill our waters or give us a box. Needless to say I won’t be coming back here again…

Bland, lacking in flavor, but cheap, and plenty. A good place to go if you’re on a budget and hungry, but not the place I’d go if looking to impress. I ordered chicken Pad Thai, and Chicken Red Curry. On both meals, the chicken tasted as if it was boiled in water, and drained of flavor. It had the texture of chicken, but no taste. The spices of both meals were lacking, and this was especially disappointing in the curry, since the curry is point of the dish.

Mai Thai is an amazing little hole-in-the-wall. The waitress is SOOO friendly, like family. Their TomKai soup is fabulous, it has everything you look for in a thai place. The atmosphere is nothing to write home about, but you’re also not paying for that. Its easy to find off the highway, they have great lunch specials, the price is just right, and its always delectable. Everytime I come. Its perfect if you want super tasty bites with a teeny tiny budget. Its fantastic for bringing friends. I know that everyone will find something they will love. Not great for BIG groups. It IS a very small place. And FIVE stars on the name of the establishment. That’s part of the reaso why I dropped in. Mai Thai– CUTE
