Glacier Heating and Air Conditioning

Our air conditioning went out in the middle of a heat wave. We are new to Medford. I called two other companies and got voicemail. It seems they stop working at 5PM and don’t offer after service after 5PM.
I called and spoke to a really sweet person. She took our name and number. We got a callback within about 4 minutes BUT the service person was swamped and couldn’t come out until 12:15PM the following day.
We needed immediate help so I kept calling. I next spoke with Kevin Jandke Air Conditioning and Heating Specialities. He was on a call in Jacksonville but said he was finishing up and would be at our house in 30 minutes. He was!
What a great guy!!! He is an excellent communicator and very, very expert in his field.
We slept that night in cool air. We are very grateful!!!

Quick reliable service. I’ve called them twice for service and will continue to use them. I live in Portland and have called them for service at my Medford property.
