I disagree with other reviewers. I had great customer service. The couch I first purchased had to be returned twice. No problem, they came and got it and brought the replacement. The second time they let me choose a different couch. No problem. After the second couch broke down we really researched and found that pretty much they all do. The trick is to find great people at the store to work with. A very nice group of young men and the delivery guys are respectful of our purchase and of us. I have no problem returning to this store when I need furniture in the future.

I went in to look a specific recliner that matched our living room furniture. When I was thinking about purchasing it, the sales person stated that they have 90 days same as cash NOINTEREST financing. I thought, «Hey, that’s cool and easy to pay off» so I went with that. IT’S NOTFINANCING!!! IT’S LEASING! I got a phone call from a leasing company a couple days later, Progressive Leasing — HORRIBLE company by the way, they can’t keep their paperwork straight and stories correct. Either way, the plan was to pay it off in 90 days, I didn’t care as long as there wasn’t any interest. Well, the Furniture Row salesperson lied to me about my supposed«first payment» which was required for $ 79. IT’S NOT a first payment. It’s a leasing charge. So now, I’m paying $ 79 more for furniture than I wanted and a month later the leasing company can’t get their stuff right at all. NEVER, EVER, EVERAGAIN, will I ever buy furniture from this company. Stick with Garrison’s because they won’t lie and they have quality furniture.

Reasonable selection but horrible customer service. Bought a bedroom set and the bed totally broke after a year and a few days. The best they would offer was the name of a repair person. I’d suggest spending more at a state that has good customer service far outweighs the small additional cost.

SAVEYOURSELFTHEHEADACHE, DONTBUYFURNITUREHERE. If you find furniture you like, most likely they will have to order it. It will take 2 weeks to 3 months for them to get it all in depending on what you buy. I bought a couch and a recliner .It took about 6 to 8 weeks for all of it to come in. It took so long I was close to asking for a refund. The furniture was extremely overpriced. I have only had this furniture for about 6 months and it is broke down and appears like I have owned it for years! Do yourself a favor and shop around.

Decent furniture and a broad selection, but the prices can be a bit on the steep side. Lately, the quality seems to be slipping a bit too. I’ve spent thousands of dollars here over the past eight years and a couple recent purchases(a couch and an ottoman) have started to show premature wear after less than a year, with ripped seams and buttons popping off. Nothing that can’t be fixed, but it’s still an issue. Some good deals can be had when things are on sale, and some fantastic deals can be had in the clearance section on the back wall of the Oak Express part. It’s pretty hit-or-miss but a few years back, got a nice armoire for $ 250, marked down from $ 1,300, because it had a small scratch on the side. Salespeople tend to be friendly without being overly pushy.

Bland furniture that you can always find less expensively priced online. Lots of stuff, all of it kind of shoddy.

If you are looking for home furniture or a bed mattress then this is the place. Furniture Row is the food court of multiple furniture stores(Sofa Mart, Oak Express, Bedroom Expression, and Denver Mattress) concept, except the stores are all owned by one parent. Seems a step up from Ikea or Ashley furniture in terms of quality.
