Finally the appropriate window treatments in the couples massage room! In addition to my previous review, a +1 star for the appropriate décor. Huzzah! Great service, knowledgeable and friendly staff, and now a great décor. Way to go Square One! You are my go to place for hair and massage.

I can only speak for the nail services at this salon; I haven’t had a hair service here. But I must say, they do some awesome manicures at this location. I would tell you to ask for Carrie because she rocks but I want to keep her appointments to myself! She always has fun ideas and makes sure your nails look like a million bucks before you leave. The salon is in an awesome, central location and the interior is beautiful.

Wife was supremely disappointed. $ 210 for partial highlights! Wife is trained as a stylist, and told them that based upon her hair, she needed a longer period of time for the highlights to sit in order to look natural and not completely fake. They rushed her out much quicker than necessary, and hence she’s an unsatisfied customer. Her other complaint is that «they do not know how to properly do a blowdry.» She spent 60 minutes when she got home from this salon trying to fix their work.

Had a couples massage here a while back and it was amazing!
My bf had gotten a massage from Kim previously and really enjoyed it, so we decided to do a couples one. Kim massaged him and I had Dorian. Both were great. This was my first ever massage and I had a really positive experience.
I should also add we called and got in on the same day. Not saying they’re always available that way, but it was awesome they could accommodate us this time!

This is my emergency hair salon. Meaning, I have a regular salon I visit in Cincinnati and have a friend cut my hair but she is incredible and sometimes I can’t wait to get on her book. In cases like that I go here.
It’s a great location in an old renovated house on main in Centerville. It’s a full service salon with a spa upstairs. They even accommodate walk ins.
I have had several different stylist here Nd all of them are very well trained and professional. I am never disappointed with my visits here.

I have been here a few times and each time got very good service from both the staff and stylists. It’s a beautiful salon, the only reason I am giving it three stars is because 1) It is very busy and noisy, not as relaxing an atmosphere as I prefer 2) The Stylists are generally working on another client while doing your hair, thus taking a bit longer than it should. Not a big fan of that. 3) It’s very expensive. I only got a partial foil and cut this last time, and it was $ 108.

I had a 90 minute massage with Katie and it was fantastic. She gave me a full-​body massage with concentrations on the glutes and hamstrings and I feel great. I’ll definitely go back and highly recommend her and the salon in general.

Thought we’d have a difficult time replacing our fave Aveda salon in Phoenix but glad to say we found Square One. Kyle, Stephanie, Jordan and Ashley M make our clan feel right at home. Love the ‘center of town’ location and the historical building that is the salon’s Centerville home. The staff is always welcoming and warm. Love this place and … It’s an Aveda salon too! ‘Nuthin’ better!

It has now been one month since I first went here. My hair still looks great but I am going out to dinner at a nice place in Columbus tomorrow for a special occasion so yesterday, I made a last minute decision to get my hair trimmed. Lacey, the stylist I had last time does not work on Fridays so Serene had an opening. She started with a scalp massage which felt amazing and got I another one during the shampoo and conditioning. The cut and style looked amazing when she was finished. Continuing to love this place.

I came in about a month ago for a spa pedicure. It is a really cute place in a cute area with lots of other surrounding shops.
The interior is nice although perhaps a bit cramped. The mani/​pedi area is upstairs. They have the chairs against one wall facing the windows so it didn’t feel claustrophobic in there.
While my pedicure was nice it felt really rushed. It was a spa pedicure, clearly I didn’t book it to be in a rush. It was definitely pricey so be ready to haul your wallet out for the service. Saturday it was packed, next time I may try for a weekend evening or Friday night.
I received a gift certificate to here and I’m hoping to try a facial here.
