This restaurant is under new management and is much better.

We have randomly hit this place a few times and have always been happy. Every time we come we wonder why we don’t come more often. Nice beer selection, nice menu and very pleasant staff. Nice place to watch a game also, many tv’s. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 is that I haven’t tried everything on the menu yet ! Pretzel sticks w/​beer cheese is crazy good and the fresh cut Mozzarella logs are insanely huge and good, Not that’s frozen crap from a bag. Try this place people. Nice happy hours m-​f 2– 6:30.

Hubby and I went to Paddy’s Irish Pub for the first time this afternoon for lunch. It was only noon on a Tuesday so the restaurant was not very busy. Our server, Ian, was surely waiting on a few other tables, but we got tons of attention for first timers. We started with The Murphy’s Platter because it was such a good smattering of what they had to offer. (Golden brown pretzels with Guinness cheese sauce, fried pickles, seasoned pub chips and boneless chicken wings with Jameson bbq sauce). All but the pub chips were awesome. I ordered the BBQ Pork and it was good, but hubby ordered Murphy’s Signature burger and it was out of the world!!! Service and atmosphere were both amazing with authentic Celtic music and a server who really knew the menu and how to make it for for the customer!
Oh, and as for my dairy intolerance, I was a little worried when I first looked at the menu with buttered buns and lots of cheese, but the server answered all my questions and told me, «You can have it any way you want!» and he meant it!

I’m most likely not coming here again. Unless one of my friends absolutely loves the place, and it’s her birthday, I won’t want to come back.
I got the Gaelic Chicken and it was pretty bad. The chicken tasted like it was frozen and then fried, and the consistency was that of raw squid.
We got the pretzels and beer cheese, and to me it was nothing special. The cheese had very little flavor but the pretzels were nicely cooked.
Waitress was nice, but I’m not coming back because the food was nothing special.

We stopped in last weekend for a sandwich and a beer. The beer was good, cold and a great selection. I had a Ruben and my husband had wings. Both dinners were delicious, however, the bartenders (and there were 3 or more) were enough to drive you crazy. Each one checked back with us every 2 or 3 minutes. One of them was leftover from before the name change and he was the worst. One «mature» bartender was MORE than enough. I doubt if we ever go back. They really don’t have much to offer.

Removed the WiFi, food is just average for the price. Had the fish which was very good size but the sides were very lacking. Cold slaw was horrible and, thank goodness, it was only three bites. Requires a credit card to sit at the bar which is an insult in Centerville. Will lunch elsewhere, may try dinner.

Stopped in after had been open a couple of days, the Guinness was off, but they replaced it. The Reuben was very good, the fish was very good, but the fries were frozen, and it seems like if you are going to do good fish, you should do good fries? will go back again…
