I’ve had nothing less than a positive experience every time with Morris Furniture. A lot has to do with the selling professional that I go to every time I need furniture. Teresa is fantastic and always ensures I’m happy with my purchase. I have bought many things from her over the last 16 years. I also get the Guardian protection with my furniture purchase if it warrants. Its like insurance… If I don’t make a claim in the time frame I get my money back. Its a win win for me…

My parents purchased a leather sectional and believed they had it covered with something called a Guardian Furniture Guarantee, for an additional $ 250, which is supposed to last 5 years. Four years after the purchase, my puppy scratched a cushion and my parents attempted to take advantage of this precaution. They have called SEVENTIMES to try to resolve the issue, and everyone says they will«get back» to them. Hasn’t happened yet. What a complete load of b.s.

Absolutely horrible experience. This list goes on. It’s been over 4 months and my purchase is still not correct. Their manage bet has been telling me for over a month they are going to fix the issues. I have yet to review closure. Yes they have nice furniture. But the headache that goes along with my many purchases is not worth it! Never never shop here unless you are desperate!!!

I purchased what I thought was a leather loveseat, which I purchased a leather only warranty. My loveseat started to peal, I was told by a Morris employee there are different degrees in leather. Morris declined to fix the problem and the warranty company along with Morris never called me back. When told of the varying degrees of leather I replied«I’ve never seen a cow peal in the field». I have spent close to 10,000 there is the last ten years and I am very disappointed. I am filing claims with the better business bureau and the state attorney general! When asked to speak to the general manager of the store I was told there is not one.

My boyfriend and I went to look at living room and dining room furniture. We were greeting by a guy named Prucker, who, seemed fairly nice. We talked about financing and applied for a credit card but was denied due to lack of credit. He, as in Prucker told us they have a no credit check approval for an extra 100 $ and he would give us free shopping. There was no interest for 24 months. Well after spending about 5 hours shopping around we went to do the no credit check approval and we had found out that we were misinformed about everything. It is 30% intetest from the get go, 20% down, extra fees for the no credit check, and they don’t offer free shipping. So it was all a lie and we were highly dissapointed.

After purchasing a coffee table and two and tables we found that they were too large for our living room. Even though they were on sale we contacted Morris furniture and asked if we could return them to trade them for different tables. They allowed us to do that without hesitation. I find that they have great service and wonderful salespeople and highly recommend this store.

They have the worst mattress manager and they do not stand behind their promise that you are given after you spend over 1,000 bucks on a mattress. In fact you must keep the thing for at least 60 days after it cripples you. The manager would not even listen to us and would not even try to help. Say your money and your energy. If you are going to spend money on a mattress, this is NOT the place.
