Can you give a place no stars? This is an awful salon! They cancelled an appointment for the bride on the day of her rehearsal dinner… and they did it a mere 10 minutes before she was scheduled! We went in to the salon anyways since we were on our way, we spoke with the owner who offered no solution. They offered for us to wait and never mentioned compensation for the time. (It wouldn’t have mattered anyways, we didn’t have the time to spare). All around a terrible experience with a poorly run establishment!

I dropped by here yesterday afternoon around 4pm for a haircut. The signs outside said no appointment necessary so I walked right in. I’d never heard of the place and only saw a 1 star review from a facial but I was eating at the Flying Pizza so I decided to be brave and venture in.
When I walked in I asked the receptionist about the waiting time she said 20 – 25 minutes so I sat down. She offered me a beverage which I declined but the menu did have a decent selection for a salon.
I waited for over an hour which isn’t a big deal considering I was a walk in, and those who came in with appointments were priority, but I was annoyed at the quoted time being so different. I finally was taken back, the stylist consulted with me about what cut I wanted, shampooed (great scalp massage during by the way) and then cut my hair. She did a great job and made sure to keep me informed about what she was doing. I didn’t want to have my hair styled as I wasn’t going out that day and wanted to go home but she put product in my hair for when I did it later. :)
Overall great experience and the price is the best I’ve seen in the area. Shampoo and cut was $ 22 and I had a lot of layers and razoring done.
Call ahead for an appointment though so you don’t get stuck waiting! :)
